Danny arrived 30 minutes late and in a bad mood. Instead of being a professional he decided to share the chip on his shoulder with me and my son. Very inappropriate and unacceptable. He tried to diagnose our power steering issue but whenever we asked a question he replied with attitude. After he said he would return in 2 hours with the part we needed, it was 5 hours and we hadn't heard back from him. Turns out he stopped for another job. Instead of finishing the work he started on out car, wheel removed and taking our car keys, he left us in huge predicament. When I called him out on it, he turned hostile and verbally abusive and insulting. Crazy. At best it looks like this guy has a dark side, better hope you don't get that Danny. His answer was to leave our car incapacitated until tomorrow! What!? From 2 hours ill be back to Ill be back tomorrow at 10am! Misleading, deceptive, dishonest and uncooperative. Even though my son was desperate for the repair, we decided to fire him on the spot. This guy can be a real 'tool', 3njoy the pun and definitely call someone else first, second and third. This guy can be a train wreck. I hate to see how he acts when his repair fails or you try and call him back or when try to asknhim a question about his work. SENIOR CITIZENS beware if this vendor, he's a bully and a bad apple. I suspect his review are written by his friends or paid for. Trust who you know and get a personal reference, that's my advice, and was my mistake for not doing so.

I called Danny the owner of a mobile auto shop to have a diagnostic done on my car. Over the phone i was quoted $40 for a diagnostic. The following day a technician came to my house plugged in an OBD scanner ( no computer) called Danny because the technician did not have a clue was to what was wrong. Danny over the phone told me and told me i needed a new transmission all done in less then five minutes. Then Danny gave me an invoice for $85 twice what he originally quoted me. When i complained he stated i should have read the fine print of an invoice ( i had not received yet). Ans further went on to say no one could do it for that price. However the every next day this is what i found I quote "AUTO MECHANIC WITH SHOP- Expert repairs. Free estimates, computer diagnostics,... electronic scope tune-up (not OBD scanner). But here'
S the good part PAID $40 for a OBD scan followed by a computer diagnostic. The same price i was told no one would accept. (Lier). The bottom line Danny quoted me a price the doubled it after only five minutes of work which was not what a diagnostic as he promised. I would advise everyone not to do business with Ratchets n wrenches hes a fraud and a cheat, and yes i'm angry. I don't like being taken advantage of GO TO A SHOP a licensed mechanic.
