The 2-hour limo ride from Rayna Tours was fantastic. It made us feel like a royal. Wherever we went with the limo, people looked at us with great respect, which we loved it most. The driver of the limo allowed us ample time at each tourist attractions to take in the view and click some photographs. The tour ended at a good note, and we received total value for our money.

I recently took a city tour in Abu Dhabi and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment we started the tour, our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the city. We visited all the major landmarks, including the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Ferrari World, and the Heritage Village. The tour provided a great mix of historical and modern attractions.

The highlight of the tour for me was definitely the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The architecture and design are breathtaking, and our guide provided fascinating insights into its construction and significance. The visit to Ferrari World was also a lot of fun, and I enjoyed the thrilling rides and interactive exhibits.

Overall, the tour was well-organized, and the transportation was comfortable. The guide made sure everyone in the group was taken care of and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this Abu Dhabi city tour to anyone visiting the UAE. It's a must-do experience!

I have applied for Turkish visa with them, 9nce they get money and for the follow up no one will reply back while it's mentioned in package.they totally ignoring their customer

After making full payment for four people visa horrible experience. Pay extra for agent for service to make our work simple and easier but my experience here was paying extra to get extra trouble and work for my self.
It doesn't even deserve to be 1 Star, I will rate it as zero star for its visa service at India office, false commitments, absolutely not reachable and irresponsible staff. No processes and protocol, no manners and not at all professional behavior. Staff comes and goes and no one takes the responsibility it and back up and follow for customer's request. Horrible, just Horibbbllllll

Never book the package from this company as they don't cooperate with you even if the flight got delayed and it not your mistake. Their drivers and they themselves dont know how to talk to their guests. And make you feel like beggers and they don't understand that if people can spend money to go to dubai they don't care about money. So this company is a garbage company to ever deal with. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Yacht SCAM

On 20 April 2022, I wanted to make my wife a surprise and I booked a luxury yacht with birthday decoration from Rayna Tour.
Rayna Tour send me a pictures of a luxury yacht that they promised to decorate for my wife birthday. It was supposed to be a beautiful surprise, as my wife was turning 40.
I paid upfront for a luxury yacht a lot of money, but I got a very old and worn off yacht that was thilty, not decorated and very different from the one in the pictures that I paid for.
Rayna Tour yacht renting is a SCAM, because no one from Rayna Tour cared to solve the problem and return my money.

We a leading B2B destination management company, who use the portal of Rayna since 4 years, was very much happy and satisfied till 2021. But sorry to say, the replaced staffs from 2022 is good for nothing. Have asked to book a service since 1 week and no one is bothered to provide even the details. The customer already changed dates 2 times because of the staffs and still there is no response. We were dealing with one executive since long time and the response and service was on time. But the guy who replaced him even not bothered to address the issue. Had sent mail to their online support and sales, still. So please be little cautious to address the agents concern to take it forward.

Visa services at this company are shocking. I paid 1200 AED for a Visa extension and asked countless times for a copy of this visa, eventually I got a screen shot of the GDRFA website but no visa. When I left Dubai i was fined 3,000 AED for an overstay so either what they are doing is useless or they are taking money from clients know their services don't work ( Incompetent). Subsequently they replied to my concerns, trying to find excuses as to why my visa didn't work and confirming I should have had jurisdiction to stay in Dubai until 16th July 2022. They are scammers.

My Dubai holidays with Rayna Tours proved to be one of my best family outings. They take care of everything, be it the itinerary to driving you to your planned attraction in the most convenient and hassle-free manner. These guys value time and are patient enough to adapt. Great job!

Had a cab booked with Nashabar from the airport till hotel. It was a very smooth ride and got to know about a lot of things in Dubai.

We booked our Dubai tour with them, the tour guides and drivers were great, When we returned back home, saw 3 transactions on our credit card bill which we were not aware and had not authorized, Upon contacting the agent Siddharth (who had helped us with the booking) he advised contacting our bank as they had never charged it, he confirmed that the 2 transactions we had paid for are the only valid ones. He totally ignored my question that if you did not charge how it will show on my credit card bill. I filed a dispute with my bank, in response Rayna tours sent receipts of some other person to my bank suggesting that the charges are correct (I have copies of these fraudulent receipts which my bank sent me).
I am not sure if they do this fraud to most people especially those visiting from USA or Europe. I tried working with Rayna tours for almost 2 months to get it resolved but the agents stopped responding to my messages after I told them that the bank responded, and you guys have sent them fraudulent receipts. I have screen shots of my WhatsApp chat with the agent which proves these 3 charges are fraudulent, but Rayna tours is not refunding it. I filed a fraud with my bank last week.
I would never advise my family and friends to book through Rayna tours and considering legal action against them as well for the fraud. I also urge those of you who have booked through Rayna tours in the past to check your credit card statements as most of us tend to overlook them.

Touring with Dubai Rayna tours was a wonderful vacation. Right from landing at the airport to experiencing sightseeing along with leisurely, and adventurous activities, everything went as planned and scheduled. The treatment and attention received from Rayna tours made us felt like being served by a long-time associate.

Applying for a visa has always been stressful for me. But this changed with Rayna Tours. I had such a stress-free time while applying for a Dubai visa through this website that I was so surprised. There was no filling of an array of forms and submitting hordes of documents. All I had to do was fill a short form with all my details and submit a few documents like passport, return flight tickets, financial details, etc. Once I had submitted these and the visa fee, I received my Dubai e-visa via email within a few days. Thank you Rayna Tours for all your help.

A Very dangerous company, putting passengers life at risk deliberately,
Very different experience from normal Speed boat but this was a life threatening experience!
The boat ‘s diver went inside the sea with very bad weather conditions and very high waves very fast without slowing the boat as I requested few times and I was going to fall!
Also, no safety measures as seat belts!

The company but lies and twisting facts, I asked for escalation but they didn't escalate my complaint! PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR SAFETY AND LIFE.

I am a British NHS Doctor was Visting Dubai for my birthday which was on 7/12.
I booked the boat on my birthday 7/12 to see Dubai attractions.
Unfortunately, the experience I had was very dangerous and life threatening.
I took the boat departing from Marina Walk at 5 pm on 7/12/20. I met the driver, and introduced myself and told him that it's my birthday and I hope I have a nice tour with him. I asked him where to sit for better view. He advised that there is a better view on the front of the boat but it might be a bit bumpy. I told him that my birthday is today.
I sat on the front. The weather was very bad and there were lot of waves. He drove very fast and I was gonna fall. I asked him to slow down and he did.
I asked him and his colleague to slow down and I told them that I am visiting Dubai to celebrate my birthday, not to die in the boat. They laughed.
Then literally 1 min after, he went very very fast again!
I point with my hands and shouted to them to slow down but I saw the assistant looking at me smiling and didn't reposed!

I asked again and finally after few minutes, he stopped the boat!
He asked me whether I would like to move to another seat.

I was shocked and asked him why he went fast again, the driver claimed that it was impostant otherwise the boat will be floating.
I have replied that he could have told me to move my seat first especially that I asked them to slow down!
Also, I have raised my hands and shouted few times that I am in danger!
He replied that he didn't see me!

What happened was very dangerous and criminal as his assistant saw me asking more than once to stop and he saw me struggling but he ignored that and put my life at risk deliberately!
I am very astonished that your staff act in such a criminal way putting passengers lives in danger.
The assistant saw me and was smiling and didn't respond or inform the driver and left me in danger for few minutes!
The driver claimed that he didn't see me and apologized but on the other hand, I asked him to go slowly but after just 1 min, he went again very fast while even if he needs to, he could have asked me to change the seat or gave me the option to return back due to wether condition and ensue passengers safety
I contacted the company by e-mail immediately after the incident but no response for almost three weeks and I had to call them when I returned back to London.
They reply was defensive and twisting facts and saying lies about presence of seat belts which was not the case at all!
Although they apologized and offered refund but I felt that I have to warn other tourists not to risk their lives or at least put themselves in danger and book with another company who cares about customers safety and acts with transparency and integrity.

I had one of the worst experiences with Thrillophilia & Rayna Tours. Their support is one of the worst I have ever seen and there won't be a single person who will attend your call during the trip.

I have booked 7 days tour with Thrillophilia and they hired Rayna tours to plan my whole land package. On the first day, they missed my first private tour to Ain Dubai. They kept me waiting for the whole evening and spoiled the first day of my trip. During the whole conversation, they didn't pick up my call and kept on tagging different people on WhatsApp group. Eventually, they canceled the trip and told me to plan it some other day. Reason they gave is that they were not aware of my flight timings. Refer the screenshots for proofs.

Then I have private pickup planned from Atlantis at 7:30 PM. They missed that and kept me waiting outside for 1 hour. Eventually, I have to take a private taxi to reach my location. For that, they promised to refund but till date their no response from them. Again they are tagging one person or the other during the whole conversation. But not even a single person is taking the responsibility for that. This was the worst experience I ever had. Check the attached screenshots.

For my last day, I have a private transfer to Miracle Garden. I requested them to drop me at Dubai Expo which is in the middle but they refused and started asking for extra charges for the same. Again I have to arrange a private transfer for the same and they didn't cooperate at all.

Honestly, their entire support is pathetic and they will simply spoil your trip doesn't matter how much you have paid them. I would suggest never to opt services from this company in future. ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE SO DONT TRUST THEM.

Its been 2 months I'm requesting them to refund me for the money I have paid for private taxi's but they have started tagging again. No-one is responding on this matter also. Refer screenshots.
