I order from rcpw and the the service great fast shipping and a great price and got a very cute personal email about my order " ride across the wherehouse on a lawnmower with a seat belt on" i loved the fact they had my parts in stock when nobody did and receive them quick will be ordering from them again in future fro my hard to find parts thank again great job

Placed an order online Monday. Put suite number in. Then on Friday get a notice they are cancelling due to no suite number. Call up. They say that Paypal is messing up in putting in suite number. Transferred to someone who supposedly can fill order over phone. Told they cannot actually place orders over the phone. Told the part is not in stock when prior guy said they came in this morning. The price went up $20 online. Could order to home possibly without a suite number, but after this fiasco, don't trust them.

$17.00 dollars for a handle on a Toro mower.
I wanted to send it back because I got the wrong part. (It's not easy to find the right part on Toro mowers).
They want to charge me 25% restocking fee! It's a metal rod! Ridiculous! Never again will I use this company.

Hi Michael,

I apologize for the inconvenience with your return. We are not in the business of making money off restocking fees. The $17.18 Toro bail handle you were returning had free shipping at the time of sale so a 25% restocking fee applied. This restocking fee comes out to be $4.30 and goes to pay for the original shipping costs from us to you, which was $5.27. In addition to the shipping cost to send this item to you, we are also charged a 20% restocking fee by the manufacturer, plus return shipping costs to them, so unfortunately this restocking fee cannot be waived and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I emailed to get lead a lead time. Was told 7-10 days. Placed the order, paid, and was told 60-90 day lead time. When I emailed the customer service rep that told me 7-10 days to inform them of the time I wasted, I was told "no problem" in lieu of an apology. "Kurt" was completely unprofessional.

I ordered Echo trimmer blades from their website and called prior to ordering to verify that the blades came as a set. The customer service person confirmed that 'yes' they did come as (2) a set of blades. I received package and only 1 blade was in package. Called to inquire about discrepancy spoke to Curt in "customer service" and they wanted me to buy the second blade and informed me that in fact it was not sold as a pair as originally conveyed by the same department. I will be returning the solo blade to RCPW which they are requiring a 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the item itself - which ends up being about 1/2 the cost of the item! It's BS but it's about principle and I will be purchasing from another retailer that provides the 2 blades for the same price as their 1. Watch for the bait and switch with this company and get the name of who you speak to!

Unfortunately, the person you spoke to regarding the hedge trimmer blades was incorrect -- only aftermarket brands such as Stens, Rotary, etc. sell their hedge trimmer blades as a set. Please private message me and I'd be happy to provide the second blade at a discount or send a return label for the single blade, just let me know which you'd prefer.

I was a little Leary about a online service sharpening my chains, have always used local but prices where I am now were expensive.
With all that said, service was outstanding and a fast turn around, good communication, I sent them 18 chains to sharpen 16" 20" 28" best prices I have seen they identified worn out chains and even replaced one chain for free, these chains have cut a lot of wood.
Definitely I will use this company again. Even sent back the bad chains with a flag at the issue. Awesome service.
And I am one of those people who never writes a review, That should tell you something..

The order was cancelled the day it was placed. No e-mail, no phone call. Nothing! If the item is out of stock, why is it not clearly marked on the website? If the item becomes unavailable due to discrepant inventory- fine, but send me an e-mail or call me. There is none of that. Have been ordering online for the past 10 years; this is the first time my order was cancelled without me actually knowing anything about it. Nice job RCPW. I look forward to NOT doing business with you again.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away.

At checkout, you chose the option to "Pay with Check/Money Order". When you place an order using this method, the order is automatically canceled until payment is received in the mail, at which time the order is re-instated. To date, the check or money order has not been received, so your order has remained in canceled status. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience. Normally you would not receive an email or a phone call in this circumstance while we waited for for the payment. If this had been a circumstance where the part was not available or your address was invalid, you would bave received a phone call and an email. I took the time to seek out a review site like this specifically to praise RCPW's exceptional shopping and shipping experience that I received. I bought a tiny part for my electric trimmer, and:

A) it was cheaper than Amazon, Ebay, and every other parts website out there that I had checked, and
B) I received it at home within 2 days, from Ohio to Texas (Houston) - faster than anything Amazon, Ebay, or the others could promise. And the shipping was free too.

Stumbled on RCPW randomly and I'm thankful for it. Also side note, their shipping update emails are very well-worded and quite fun, kudos to whoever writes those. And major props to this company. I'd never heard of them before this, but I came away very pleasantly surprised. Keep up the excellent work.

Ask for shipping address and billing address seperate. Think it's fraud when their not the same... why do you think you are asking for shipping address and billing address separately. Unless, ya' know... it's common for them to not be one and the same? They just borrow the templates of real ecommerce business but no idea how, why or what they're doing. (then just ask for address one time if that's how your silly ''ecommerce'' joke thinks business works) thinks people should use paypal. Haha, because my american express platinum is too untrustworthy but the online clandestine consumer credit and banking law dodging paypal that hackers and scammers use the world over as their referred client is mandatory for me to use to deal with you (their words on the phone after wasting 30 minutes replacing an order a week after the online one was CONFIRMED by them. They don't know what confirmed or confirmation means or why these emails are sent by ecommerce companies. Canceled m order for a $300 chainsaw. Deal with home depot if you have a business to run, at least they know how process an order and deliver you tools in kme. This company is an incompetent JOKE. They cost me 6 times the total purchase price in damages to my company and work by cancelling my order and not calling me, having to reorder it the day it's supposed to already be there and they expressed on the phone that this is alright with them and acceptable. To cost their customers thousands if only to avoid some of the minimal risk there is to BEING AN ECOMMERCE COMPANY that delivers their customers $300 orders. Then after 30 minutes on the phone notified me that the order would likely be canceled again because my billing office address is not my shipping address. Meanwhile american express has no problem with fraud detection, the are fine with my purchase. Telling me to use paypal is what a scammer on the internet would do. Real business accept credit cards. Real businesses don't damage their customers business because they are so risk adverse and afraid to do ecommerce. I didn't make you get a webpage and open an ecommerce storefront. Don't take it out on my business that you decided to join the 21st century.

Unfortunately, our credit card processor marked your order transactions as being high on their fraud score and would not let us process due to the large discrepancy between the billing and shipping addresses. We had recommended that you use a payment such as PayPal which would allow you to have a different confirmed shipping address other than your IL billing address, but you did not wish to proceed with that option. We also do not appreciate the vulgar language directed at our employees as they tried to assist you with explaining the best payment option (PayPal) to move forward with your order. I believe it would be best for us both if we severed ties and you purchased this item at another vendor.

Delivery was lightening fast. The web site was super easy to locate the parts that I needed. All the parts I ordered worked and they all fit well. It has only been a week so I am hoping the parts do not break. But very pleased with the site and the fast delivery. I will again use this site for further parts that I will need.

Not impressed with this online company. I tried to order 3 lawn mower keys from the manufacturer (Encore, div of World Lawn) for $1.75 List price and was advised that I had to order, using an Encore/World Lawn Dealer... so I did. However the dealer quoted $1.86 each and almost $8.00 for shipping 3 keys that were less than 1/4 pound total. I was advised by email after I placed my order that the 3 keys had to be made up especially for my order and it would take a couple of weeks (smiling). This was right after the manufacturer advised me the keys... all 3 of them were "in stock" and ready to ship.
Would I place another order using this company? What do you think.

I apologize for the inconvenience of the keys not being readily available, however, I would like to make you aware that we are only a single dealer of Encore products, we are not the manufacturer. The specific keys that you ordered were not available in our local inventory and had to be special ordered from our Encore distributor in Columbus, OH. When we contacted our distributor about the items needed, they informed us that their warehouse did not have any available and that they would have to order them from Encore/World Lawn's main facility which would take approximately two weeks for us to receive. Please know that we are not purposely trying to delay your order as we try to process and release orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, with your specific order, we were not able to release it immediately because the product was not immediately available and I am very sorry for this.

In regards to the shipping cost; our minimum shipping cost for any order is $7.99 because all packages sent from our warehouse are released with a minimum service class of USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship USPS First Class Mail, which would be a cheaper option, due to lost mail and insurance issues. If you are unhappy with the service or prices you have received from us and wish to cancel the order and receive a full refund, please let me know and I will take care of that for you. I don't want you to think that you do not have the option to look elsewhere for these items. Thank you for your business and we will try to fulfill this order as quickly as possible once our distributor releases the part to us.
