Our fridge was delivered and installed including water hookup by RC Willey delivery crew, five days later, our basement had significant water damage due to the water hook up to the valve in the wall. We did not have leaking before installation. RC Willey refused to accept liability. The real dig is that we were desperate to replace our refrigerator that quit working during the holidays due to compressor failure. When the repairman came to look at that fridge he told us that the fridge we were told was new when we bought it at RC Willey was actually refurbished!

Products are good, but the delivery was not at all. We were told they would call 30 min before delivery, not! They were at the place of delivery expecting someone to be there asap, and were very rude about it.
After spending a significant amount of money on a chair I discovered that they lied about where the chair was coming from I'm in California they told me it was coming from just up the road in Rocklin when actually it's coming out of Utah got stuck in a storm and because they have no way of tracking it several days after the scheduled delivery they can't tell me where the chair is and have no way of finding out I start furnishing a five bedroom house next month this was basically a test and they failed miserably what a joke

Refurnished parts of home with bedroom set. Had to wait months to receive it. Different pieces came in each time. It would sit in their warehouse for up to a month. I would have to call numerous times stating I wanted the pieces delivered when they arrived. I would be told due to the route, my pieces could not be delivered. We went without furniture for months. Purchased a couch and entertainment center. Entertain is fine, other than the time frame of delivery. Not due to Covid. Due to management, their cost effective ways of doing things rather than the customer. The couch is a desperate mess! Purchased in May, They only give you a 14 day window to return it. This is not enough time to see if the couch is going to break. We purchased in May, it broke in Oct. Received word the couch was repaired, however, they could not deliver it back to us as they had closed down the routes for the Holidays. We are supposed to be receiving it back today. Since that time, the other parts of the couch have broke. I have called several times and spoke with several individuals including our salesperson. She acted as if she had no control over the situation. Another employee told me only the salesperson and her manager have control over returning the couch. We are stuck with an expensive couch being a piece of crap! Sure the warranty is still good, but who wants to continue to send a couch up and be without a place to sit for 3 months while they try to save money for themselves. Poor, poor customer service, everyone pointing fingers at everyone else. Cheap built furniture for an expensive price. NEVER AGAIN!

Apparently there is supposed to be a 14 day return policy. However, when a couch breaks down in the first couple of months of having it, that is a bad sign.
I can understand the 1.92 star rating. I'm determined to pay my balance off and shop elsewhere from now on. Soooo disappointed in RC Willey. Have always done business with them but no more. Thanks Ashley's and Sparrows. Really crappy customer service!

Bought a Samsung TV on clearance. It was a floor model I was told. The screen was replaced I was told and in perfect working condition. Gave it to my daughter for her birthday, the screen was still not working properly. The picture was green and pink only. I returned the TV the next day, a Tuesday and I still haven't gotten my refund a week later. I will never buy from them again.

We bought an LG fridge 2 mos. Ago, it sucks, the ice maker makes a horrible noise and one of the handles is already broken!
We called our salesman (Keith) in appliances and he hung up on my husband. We are pretty laid back people and that is no way to treat someone.
After that we called LG and they sent 2 different techs out and said it cannot be fixed. So we read the guarantee that quotes after 2 times we will get a full refund or a new fridge. What a joke! Now we have to have another tech come and write a report which we already have 2, but here we go again, then LG decides what to do for us.
Please, please people make sure RCWilley will stand behind there products because they don't!

Great prices, but heaven forbid there is something wrong with your item good luck! My electronic recliner stopped working with one side stuck up, It's been over a month and still nothing, went into the store several weeks ago they said i was on schedule for 16, 17, 18 well those dates came and went. Nobody calls and today was told it not worth it for them to come up. Never again will I buy from this company that has a total lack of customer service.

Due to my bad back I recently purchased a new mattress from their Reno store. It was their top of their line for $5000. It included delivery and removal of the old mattress. When they delivered the mattress they refused to take the old one away. They actually placed it, so it blocked my garage door. I had to get help to move it in order to be able to get my car out. When I asked them why they did not take it, they claimed it was stained. I had removed the water prove cover just minutes before, and it was immaculate. I took pictures of the situation and send them to the sales person. According to her they had lyed to their supervisor about the whole situation, claiming they only followed my instructions! Sofar I am only getting the ruaround from their supervisor at the store.

I noticed a weird ghosting effect, a circle, as soon as I opened the box. The screen comes with a thin layer of plastic. There was a look, like a bad window tint. Once installed, I noticed the bad tint appearance was coming from the top.
A crack at the top. I Reported it immediately.
They sent over two techs several days later. They agreed it was - transport damage.
Then my salesperson called me the next day. He stated the technicians reported - I dropped the TV.
Damage is on the top. There is two layers. The damage is the inside layer. There is zero damage outside of the screen. No damage to the "outside" screen.
Only weight could have damaged this screen. Extra Weight on sides or top.
