After numerous emails I never received my order or many back after they told me it was shipped again... horrible service

Ordered in mid December, no contact since then despite repeated emails. NO phone support with orders, no contact to the company other than their "support" email address. I am now at 7 weeks from order date. And can not get any response, nor tracking info. This is a scam website. - Buyer Beware.

Products are of miserable quality. The colors don't appear as advertised, the shipping took over a month and the product was damaged. They've refused to provide me with a return shipping label, essentially trying everything they can NOT to honor my request to return it. This company is very shady and should not be trusted as an honorable vendor. Ready Set Bull$#*! is what the company should rename itself to

If I could give this review a zero, I would. I order several months ago and still have not received anything. Every time I emailed them, they stated the package is with the post office. I called the post office and they stated they never received the package and told me it was in CA. There isn't any contact number that you can call. Im in the process of reporting them to the BBB. Again, don't order from these fools! I wish I read these reviews before ordering.

I have placed an order and am still waiting 3 weeks later... tried to find a contact number, so please if someone can get back to me as soon as would be much appreciated.

They sent the incorrect order and it has taken over six months of communication and they keep telling me they sent another one and they updated the shipping details on their website, but there is no update on there website it still has the original shipping date. Emails back and forth. They agreed to give me a refund and then said I should just wait a little longer as there were delays in the orders around the time they sent. What a bunch of lies! Disgraceful company. They also ignore you until you send multiple emails.

They took my payment on 11/25/16 and 7 weeks later I have not received my order, have not even received a tracking number, no response to my emails requesting an update and no other way to contact them. This site seems like a scam! The only reason they are getting one star is because there is no option to give a zero or negative star rating.

Ordered a clock back in March and still haven't received it. No phone number to get a hold of customer service. Just a stupid email that responds with automated messages

Ordered some decorations 3 1/2 months ago. Never came. Tried to contact customer service on their website multiple times, tried via facebook messanger, even a scathing comment on facebook gets no response from them. DO NOT buy from them. It is a scam and you'll just be wasting your money.

I unintentionally purchased the three piece world map piece without frames. When I requested to return the item one day (meant to purchase the with frame option) after arrival in exchange for a refund, I was informally told "tough luck". I had genuine intentions to become a return customer for this company... not anymore. I recommend everyone think twice before shopping here.

I finally recieved new maps, at no charge. The whole process took 25 days. I had posted at complaint on their Facebook site when some one finally approved replacing the maps.

I ordered the 5 piece world map framed $145 in the beginning of March, 2017. I still have not received my product. Ive subsequently sent 10 emails asking about the status of my order, but they've responded with a lousy excuse of " we don't know what happened to your tracking number " and " we will have a supervisor contact you soon" - right! They've sent the same response 3 times. I even asked them point blank, if this was a scam, which was stupid of me of course, because their response was " no we are not a scam" - people don't give this company a penny l!

Easy to order, great quality artwork with mounting brackets automatically included. Reasonably priced and as beautiful in reality as advertised.

I thought wow, this looks awesome, I ordered one on November 10th, 2016. Still have not received my shipment. They took my money that day. I have sent emails and only received two back, one stating that it was shipped. The second one from a Jessica stating that my order number was an old one and would look into it ASAP with her supervisor. That was over two weeks ago and still not response after numerous email to them. If this is a scam, Facebook needs to remove it from there site.

I see that I'm not the only ones bamboozled by these ppl. I paid for insured and thru my bank. I'm gonna do what any respectable pissed off American would do... report them to my bank then to the BBB and then to the police... Internet fraud is illegal and being that its overseas they should have a field day with them really? So they want to rip ppl off I'm saving this page as evidence... Oh buddy you done got urself into one fine mess... Y'all folks at ready set decor think I'm playing I have a friend that works for the CIA... The international FRAUD dept... I haven't talked to him in so long... > :(

Ordered many painting to redo my house and everyone loves the pics. Came on time and great work. Highly recommend.

I ordered a canvas on Nov. 29TH And have received NOTHING! Customer service will not respond to any method of communication DESPITE having 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE on their website. Brutal.

I ordered a 3 panel piece over a month ago and I have not received any shipping information. I have emailed them multiple times asking for a shipping confirmation and they replied stating that my order has been shipped. Yet when I asked for the tracking information I got no response. I wish I would have seen this website before ordering. It would have saved me a lot of hassle. I am currently in the process of trying to cancel my order and receive a refund.

I purchased because of the low price for such an amazing looking and great quality product. But beyond that, I thought there was a flaw in my order, but customer service quickly helped me and I realized I was at fault. At the same time, they were ready to assist nevertheless. Ordered Product in Nov 3rd, received end of Dec. Product damaged and not assembled correctly. Emailed them and got a response and was assured that a replacement was on its way. Well 3 emails later it is March and i still do not have the product. They are trying to tell me it is stuck in customs. Nothing takes that long...

My elephant wall tapestry has just arrived and I immediately went back to the web site and photo's to check on exactly: What had I ordered? It has the same picture as advertised. That is where the similarities end. It is advertised as multi coloured with the material being cotton/polyester. It is more polyester than cotton, it is as thin as a very thin sheet but what disappoints the most are the colours. The ones to stand out the most are black and white. Sure the outside edges have some colour but primarily very light, almost faded colours other than stark black and white. There is no way it could be considered a normal colour or photo difference... the advertising photos have got to be photo shopped. My tapestry looks as though it was the last one to be printed and the vibrancy was gone from the print dyes which brings me to my last point... It looks very obviously like a bad print. There is nothing positive that I can say other than it actually did arrive, which surprised me when I saw that it was infact shipped from China even though the web site is Canadian or American based with prices being in American currency. This is a trick used by the Chinese rip off merchants who trade under the many different names which include, Rosegal, rosewholesale, rosewe, sammydress, gamiss, nastydress, jj's wharehouse to name just a few. It's probably them. I will know soon enough because this revue will disappear as soon as they see it. But that will not stop me, I will continue to post this revue every time i see their advertisement come up on any media sites.

It looks like is a company based in Canada. They don't provide tracking so you are just waiting without certainty that will arrive.
Eventually arrived from China very poorly packaged so the canvas were damaged, bent in the middle, had some heavy wrinkles and also they sent the wrong size. I paid for large size and i received a small size.
So then you deal with emails for a solution. The communication is slow and delayed and doesn't provide a solution.
You can clearly see they have no intention to solve the problem.
Save yourselves some inconvenience and stay away from this company,

I ordered the 5 set panel of world map. The quality is definitely sub-par. If I could, I would return, but I am sure that would be such a hassle. Other reviews have stated that they do not offer you a chance or address to return. Very dissatisfied with what I received. People, do your homework before you make a decision to order from this company.
