I love all the smoothies from this place! It literally takes so little of your time to prepare it, I only used a couple of minutes from my morning to make it. A quick shake and it's done! I honestly was really full after I was done with a glass instantly. That's why this is morning holy grail, I always make sure to have a realm smoothie with a fruit (mostly an apple or strawberry stuffed with mangos which I prepare the night before) and I'm actually filled up until lunch.
I honestly wanted these to be great. I bought them for my husband for Father's day in hopes to help him quit skipping breakfast and get a well balanced meal on the go. We tried one of the berry packets as directed and it was so disgusting we were both horrified by the idea of even trying the other flavor I got him. I am hoping this review helps someone save their money because I only found positive reviews stating these tasted amazing so I was sure they would but I was wrong I shouldn't have bought him a month's supply I should have bought the sample pack because these are awful. Upon checking for return policy they don't stand behind their product because they offer no returns. So I'm out alot of money as these are going in the trash!

I mostly prefer to have juices from Realm Foods as an on-the-go breakfast or probably after my regualr workout. This is because the product is well-balanced and perfect for a breakfast since it is also extremely yummy. For workouts, it is because I feel very energized and after an extremely difficuly exercise, this is perfect to get your energy back! Highly recommended to everyone, try them out.
I bought the variety pack to try all the flavors. The first one I tried was the blue pineapple smoothie. I was disgusted when it left a vomit aftertaste in my mouth. Not to be mean, I had my sister taste it. Without suggesting anything she also said it tasted like vomit. I don't think I can bring myself to try the rest.
These are some of the best quality smoothies I have ever tasted. As an intern, I am quite busy with college and work and therefore, it's hard to have a good breakfast or a meal in general. Why I love them is because now, I can get a delicious flavored and easy to prepare breakfast! The quality and taste are excellent and I also love how they have a clean label and provies a balanced nutrition to my system.
So, I have tried all three flavors they provide and while I like all three flavors, my favorite would have to be the tropical greens. Honestly, it is the best smoothie I have ever tried in my life! It is extremely delicious and contains so many amazing ingredients. Also, it is super easy to make and I love how convinient it is thanks to the individual packets
