I was anxious about purchasing my dress online. I measured exactly and used their "design your dress" option to send them a picture of my dream dress. They found an option that was similar. I sepcified that I wanted sleeves added, gave them those measurements, and asked them to fill in the lace. I was so satisfied to recieve my dress made with excellence! I was AMAZED and extremely relieved not to have to make alterations. I asked them if I needed to buy a pettie coat with it and they helped me know which one would make my dress look best. I would 100% recommend rebegown.

Ordered a wedding dress in ivory. It came in white. It was dirty, had spots, lace was extremely cheap and haphazardly placed. Looked like a Halloween costume. Won't accept return.
I loved the communication and how they ship your order according to you event and the dress looks exactly like the picture 10/10 I recommend to everyone
I provided my measurements and the dress was half the size that I needed, also, in the picture the dress was clearly a satin stretch material, my dress had no stretch. Sent pics of the dress not fitting and they offered me $25. Horrible service

I recently purchased a dress and I wasn't satisfied with the fabric. I reached out to customer service and they said I would have to pay 80 dollars to return the dress! Please don't make any purchases with this company.
