My husband purchased a tank top for me for mother's day from Rebels and Roses. When the order arrived it was not as advertised or ordered. After reaching out to Concetta she quickly made it right by issuing the correct tank top. She also allowed me to keep the previous tank as a means to make things fair and right.
Said that my husband should have paid for the better shipping that he made a mistake and he cost me my gift. I never blamed her for losing my gift, just very disrespectful.
I purchased two tops and somehow something went awry in shipping. I contacted the owner via email and she reissued the order and threw in another top (my choice) at no additional charge. I received all three tops within a week and I must say, it was worth the wait. Concetta has a wonderful online boutique and her merchandise is top quality.
It's been over a week and still haven't received my order nor any updates on the status of my order it's starting to make me wonder if they just too my money

I contacted the shop to see what was taking so long. The lady said the order would be shipping on Thursday. It's now Tuesday of the next week and it still hasn't shipped.
I placed the order on June 9, and only received it on July 1.
A week after placing my order, I was explained that the shop had the 7-day processing, which was relatively fair, since I may have missed it in the shipping policy section.
In the same email, I was promised that I would be notified shortly when my order would be shipped. Sadly, it took them almost 2.5 more weeks to fulfill that promise.
What's more: I was kept in the dark the whole time. My email wasn't replied. I wasn't updated. Needless to say, I didn't feel respected as a customer at all. Was it really that time-consuming to type an update email for me?
Anyway, given the experience, it's really hard for me to come back, or to recommend the site to anyone else.

Justin your order was placed on June 9, one week ago. Our orders process in 7-10 business days and your order is on time to ship out Monday June 17. I’m very saddened you didn’t reach out to me directly. I care about all my customers and leaving small shop reviews without communicating with the owners is hurtful to our shops. If you view our shipping policy it would show all Around’s ship in 7-10 days as each one is made custom at time of purchase. Please reach out to us. Thank you.
