This is exactly the kind of dodgy business that one has to avoid. It screams at me: Slick! Its all virtual. You should always deal with someone who has a physical office with a physical address, preferably with a home-made website... Long story short: this realtor doesn't have your interest in mind. Doesn't consult, nor listen to you needs: I asked 30-40 days to move out to Europe with dog, cat and kids and appears sneaked in the contract $300/day clause id don't move out in 4 days. Removed property from the market while was told to keep it marketed. It; s just did everything opposite what was asked to do. Headache and a a mess.
