Jason was extremely helpful and very understanding of my situation. He took immediate action to reimburse me for charges on my bank statement that I did not authorize.
I cancelled my subscription within about 15 minutes of starting it. It gives basic information you can find anywhere, but they charge $25/month. Not for me.

A bit of advice, don't trust advertise. I'll give you one day to refund me, then I will let the fun begin. P.s. I have a lot of time on my hands. She was patient. We were investigating fraud. She patiently spelled out the names and emails of the fraudulent accounts.
She took the time to make sure I did not get lost. Great service. She understands how what she says may not always sound in my ears the way she intended, and therefore went back and spelled things to make it all clear. That's what service is about. Most reps speak very fast and then are surprised when you say, "I don't understand what you said."

The site had said there was a report ready for me to view of the person I had searched, so I made a payment only to be presented with a "there are no records" message after the payment had gone through!
Not sure if that's your way of scamming people to get their initial payment but it's utter bs if you ask me.
Refund would be nice, but I highly doubt you'll be issuing one.

I'm having legal problems with my family and have been doing my own research when possible. Bought the 7 day trial, used it the first two days and then was occupied with other projects. I was billed for the month and when I came back to it several days later, I found out that because of where I live, I can't access the service. I contacted customer service pretty much expecting the run around, but to my surprise Joan and their staff had the whole thing figured out and a fair resolution in place in like 24 hrs.
