I was looking for Office 2016 and stumbled on this website. At first I'm a bit hesitant but their price are really competitive. Called customer service and the lady who answered was very polite and answer all my inquiries. Bought my first copy today, received my Product in few minutes and installed it without hassle. Please order again for another 20 that I can use on my start up business. Thanks redbox software. Will recommend to my friends and relatives.
After purchasing product I had a very nervy wait as this company failed to communicate with me when I was receiving a DL code - if ever. After a nervy few hours it finally came. I then had after-sales issues and I found them extremely unhelpful in this respect too. They would often ignore my questions and simply respond with lines obviously ripped from a pre approved script. I'd avoid at all costs.

On Feb 17,2016 we ordered Office for Mac 2011, and the payment of $90.00 cleared our bank the very next day. We HAVE YET TO RECEIVE an ACTIVATION CODE or DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS. We phoned, were put on hold and got tired of waiting for Redbox to pick back up. We sent an email and received NOTHING. When we click "FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE Our customer service reps are available 24/7 to assist you" on Redbox's webpage, we get returned to the homepage. The only email address we can find on the page is *******@redboxsoftware.com - that's right: SALES!

I had problems installing outlook 2016 on my new computer so I went back to the site and chatted with their customer support. Don helped me right away and offered remote assistance. He made quick work of my issue and even helped me with activating my software! Definitely recommending!

Do NOT purchase software from Redbox software. They are con artists. They not only NEVER answer the customer service phone number, but they also ignore you by chat and email. They make promises to refund money and come up with all kinds of excuses not to. Don't bother trying to work with your credit card company to get a refund either. Capital One gave a provisional credit then reversed it. You will never get your software and you will never get a refund. Just don't bother with them in the first place.
It's all worth the money spent. My daughters were happy when they received the MS Office for Mac as Christmas presents. This will be very helpful in their college.
The cost of the product is about $20 cheaper than elsewhere... but still not so cheap that you would thing something odd about it. So I got a new Imac and I like the older version of Office. So I paid my $75... noted that it showed up in my American Express online account and waited for the download link and product key... hours later nothing. So I called the phone number and received a recorded message that they are closed on weekends. IT was before NOON on Friday! I WANTED THIS PRODUCT NOW OTHERWISE I WOULD GONE OUT AND BOUGHT A COPY IN A BOX. You get till Monday... then I call AX to backcharge for non-delivery.
About an hour after I wrote the above I received the download link and product code. Installed everything and tested and it appears to work ok. Also went through an automatic update. Strange process and I am a little uncomfortable but seems to be ligit. Raised the review from 2 stars to 4 stars.
