I have order a couple times and the product comes just as picture. It looks beautiful on my wall. I also order something for my daughters home. Everything arrived in a very timely manner. Love the product and I will order more eventually
First they can't actually get your merchandise to you in a timely manner and their customer service is a joke. As slow as it is I can picture one part time person who is trying to handle the mass complaints and inquiries. It seems almost impossible to cancel receiving additional products. I had told them to stop sending additional merchandise but the charges just keep coming. If you feel it necessary to order use a card you can cancel after your original order to stop the future non stop charges to your credit card. This company is a scam.

Why can't I leave a 0!? This company is the reason I will probably never again order from a company advertised on Instagram. I placed a one time order which I never received. Then I noticed monthly charges on my credit card. I NEVER signed up for a subscription. I emailed them repeatedly – and I mean a dozen times with no reply. I searched on line and eventually found a phone number and called that dozens of times as well and left messages with no reply. It answered as "redline steel" so I assume it was a legit number. They sound so friendly and say "please leave a message and we will get back with you" But, just like the email which looks legit, and sends you an automatic response that they "will get back with you within 24-48 hrs". NOPE! I literally tried both of these avenues for over 2 months with zero response. Meanwhile, I was still having charges taken out of my bank account so I had to cancel my card. But, they're still sending me email advertisements, and I see advertisements all over Instagram! When you click on their page they look like a legit company with all these positive reviews! Total scam! Don't fall for it. Picture below is one of the many email responses I received where they act like they're going to respond to you but they never actually do.

After contacting the company about my order and receiving a very snippy reply they did finally ship "my order." They did not ship what I purchased - items were missing from the package - and the quality of what I received was awful. Never again! I still haven't received my first order that I placed months ago. I went against my better judgement. I should have designed and created my own sublimated steel items as I did at Christmas. I've not only wasted money, I've wasted a great deal of time dealing with this company. The quality of their products is not what you would expect from the glowing reports as stated in reviews on their webpage. Customer service is far below what you would expect from a company of this size.
Tip for consumers:
In hindsight, I should have looked for reviews online instead of believing "reviews" on the store's website.

I won't use any of these products. They are substandard for my use.
