Claim Your BusinessI have been booking my vacation homes and hotels through Red Week for an year now. I always find the best accomodation through them for a great deal. During the pandemic, I had to cancel my trip to California and Red Week quickly refunded the money. I didn't lose my money and they did not rip me off too. Thank you
Long story short, we started the process of selling our timeshare on Redweek in January of 2022, and as of today's date (August, 17) it has still not closed. The process is long, the communication is ok but not anywhere near what it should be. I had to reach out for updates, rather than someone contacting me after the sale process had started. Then they pass it off to a company that actually does the work with the resort, and that process has taken forever. They kept blaming the resort, but that was not the case. Again, I had to ask for updates. Bottom line, if you are looking at selling your timeshare, based on my experience, I would recommend someone other than Redweek.

Redweek's own site says no cancelations within 60 days of the vacation and my listing was specific no refunds upon cancelation. Redweek allowed a rented to cancel their reservation 2 WEEKS before the start date and refunded their money. Not only did I pay Redweek to list my timeshare but they gave me no time to find another renter. In fact the day before I received the cancelation from Redweek I had 2 people interested in my listing but told them it was already rented. Phone calls and emails to Redweek went unanswered. The ONLY communication I received was a voice mail claiming my emails were answered and to check my spam/junk folder. I did and found Redweek outright lied to me as there was nothing in the spam folder. They charged me to list my timeshare rental AND charge the buyer to purchase through Redweek. DO NOT USE REDWEEK it is a rip off and they do not respond to inquiries or complaints.
