Red White and Boutique

I ordered a dress a while ago for an event and it never came, i have emailed several times and no response until 2 weeks ago that it she would check because she received wrong style. I have emailed her since and nothing. Will be opening a fraud case for this store.

Ordered a sweater on July 27. Never got a confirmation so I emailed 2 weeks later when I hadn't received it. Owner said it was a preorder, that was not stated on the website. She said it would ship sept 10. Late Sept, stil noting so I started emailing and got no reply, then a email saying she had sent my tracking which I never received. I had to file fraud charges with the Montana state attorney generals office before I finally got the item I ordered on Oct 9. Never order from this boutique!

I purchased a top from this boutique back in December, and it NEVER came. I have contacted the "shop owner" several times, and was promised that the top was coming. It didn't. Then, a month later, I asked for a refund, which was also promised to me, but that didn't happen either. Now she is ignoring my attempts to contact her, and I doubt that I will ever see my money again. Please be careful when buying from Instagram or online boutiques!

I made two purchases back in August and have still not received product or refund! Have contacted shop many times!

She is scamming people, she promises us that our orders have shipped and months will pass with no confirmation email, tracking number or product. She's refusing to refund me or answer my email or direct messages through Instagram, the number provided is even busy.
