Reginaisabella

I am extremely disappointed in Regina Isabella. My husband and I are over 60 years of age and had to cancel our reservations there this summer due to Covid. We cancelled several months before our reservation. Regina Isabella of Ischia is refusing to refund our deposit, even though they are aware of our situation. We are Canadian, senior citizens, and have scrimped and saved for years for this vacation. We had several other hotels booked for this trip throughout Italy. EVERY ONE of the other Italian hotels refunded our money without question, because they were so grateful we gave plenty of notice. Regina Isabella is an upscale hotel. They have given us excuses as to why they can't refund our deposit, however, we know these are not reasonable excuses, as the other hotels chose to treat us fairly and refund our money. I truly hope other tourists, who have saved for years for this once-in-a-lifetime trip, will not be held hostage by the unfair and unkind policy of Regina Isabella.
