This website is a big SCAM & they are cheating their customers. I booked a ticket from this website on 20th January 2023, but the ticket was not issued and the booking was cancelled. I was supposed to receive a refund for the amount of 1106 AED which was already debited from my credit card. The email which they sent after cancellation mentioned that payment will be refunded within 15-20 WORKING DAYS (which I feel is unreasonably long time required to return someone's hard earned money). However, this period is already over, in fact it has been a month now & I have still not received the refund. I'm calling them daily since last few days, but their call center has just one thing to say: 'Our team is working on it & you will receive the money within next 1 or 2 working days'. They do not have the courtesy to reply to my emails as well. They also told me that I will receive a call back from their higher management, but never received any call. I think next option would be to go to the Police to recover my money.

Worst Travel agency. When i booked ticket, it says within 5 min it will be confirmed. But i didn't get any confirmation after 24 hours myself called and asked they said price raised so i need to pay double the amount. So, i cancelled it and asked to refund in my CC which i used for payment. THEY SAID 20 WORKING DAYS + 6 TO 7 DAYS TO REFUND, Which i didn't come across anywhere. PLEASE DONT BOOK OR GET FOOLLED, YOUR MONEY WILL BE STRUCK.
I booked 3 ticket in Emirates on Jan 2020 and the travelling date was 6- april 2020, due to Covid pandemic flight has been cancelled and Rehlat mention the amount will be refunded and sent so many mail regarding refund and finally they mentioned that within 60 days my account will be credited with the refund amount. Until now it is not credited to my account. Why they take this much time. My fund is with them over a year. They are mentioning the Airline authority not refunded the amount, I don't think so because all Airline companies and travel agencies already refunded the amount of tickets during Pandemic. I think Emirates is one of the most reputable Airline in the world and they don't block the people's money. I am very much disappointed the refund policy of the Rehlat.
Reference to Booking ID: *******. My flight was cancelled by the Airline and I was given a letter stating the cancellation and asked to contact the booking agent for refund. When I check with Rehlat first they tell me that the flight departed as per scheduled time and after submitting the letter they said they will check with the airline and close. 2 days with no resolution I followed up again and they said same day they will close. 3 months again with no reply and when I call the customer care they said I will get the reply in 4 hours still no update.
Does it take 3 months to update on refund of a cancelled flight?
And a reputed company not even bothered to call the customer and intimate the status of the query.
I am not going to Rehlat services any more for such bad service.

I purchased ticket from this website- rehlut - and the flight was cancelled by the airline, then someone called me directly from airline and I asked for refund. They told me that I have rights to get full refund because my flight was cancelled by the airline. I request to get refund from rehlut and wanted to buy from same website new ticket.
I was sending many emails and made calls and all the time they were telling me - we still didn't get any response from the airlines about refund. They telling me the same for 2 month now that both airlines never responded to them. Up to now I am fighting to get my payment back.
I am very satisfied with my hotel booking. I appreciate Anji who called me to check my experience at the hotel. I also do appreciate much more the lowest price that I got via Rehlat among other agency platforms. This is highly recommended.
I have booked a refundable ticket with rehlat.ae But for my surprise they have not mentioned anything regarding the cancellation charges. Since I have to travel earlier I wanted to cancel the tickets which I was not able to do in rehlat mobile app even when there was an option for the same. While tried it with the web app they have took my request but didnt physically cancelled the ticket. Since I was not getting any reverts even by today morning I have mailed them my details. Then they came back saying that I have to pay 250 AED cancellation charges for a ticket of one month ahead to be cancelled for which I paid 300 AED. ( And still its not cancelled). So in a midnight if you want to cancel through rehlat it is absolutely impossible. So virtually I dont get anything back. Funny thing is that they have not mentioned anything about cancellation charges in their website at all. Highly dissatisfied.
After reading the prevailing negative reviews and user experiences, I must admit that I was in a big dilemma, whether to book a hotel through Rehlat or not. I decided to make a reservation anyway, and everything went well. After some time I found a better price for a higher room category, so I canceled the reservation due to what I believe to be "technical shortcomings of the site".
Because there is no option to change the reservation (only by phone call, which is impractical for me). As the reservation was with the possibility of free cancellation, I requested a refund.
It is stated that the refund will be reduced by 3.2%, with large aggregators it is usually a full refund of the amount in such a case, and he thinks that Rehlat should do it this way, because it earns our loyalty.
In my case, the refund was reduced by 5.13%, I don't understand why, I'm waiting for an answer. "Waiting" for a refund, that's a bad experience, it took a little over two weeks to get the money into my account. For a serious provider/aggregator, unacceptably too long, and leaves a bad impression.
In order for the refund to happen at all, it took a lot of patience and a lot of emails.
Every email I received was answered, and quite quickly, for that I would like to thank ANJI very much.
So, Rehlat as an aggregator,
- has decent hotel prices
- charges 3.2% (my experience is 5.13%) for "free" cancellation of reservation
- refund takes an unnecessarily long time (my experience)
- the team in the contact department responds to emails quite quickly (commendable, in my experience)
- the website should be upgraded and improved in terms of software

Don't try to distort the agency by your fault and be honest. They're Good and working hardly to solve all our issues
The worst customer service and the over all it is highway robbery booked my tickets and they would not give any customer services and the tekits are not being refunded and the call center they are using is full of bull
