Don't try to distort the agency by your fault and be honest. They're Good and working hardly to solve all our issues
Since 6 month, still my problem without getting resolved. After two years, the airlines refunded the voucher to a Cash back to the Agency. Expected from any good company to refund the customer as it's his right. After 10 and 10 email and calls we agreed to refund amount after deducting KWD10 instead of KWD26 their admin fees. Finally after they promised, l got the refund and they deducted KWD26 Hhhhhhh like l was handling myself. They are unprofessional and scammers.

They have no clear policy , So at any time you can be a victim for them scam.

The worst customer service and the over all it is highway robbery booked my tickets and they would not give any customer services and the tekits are not being refunded and the call center they are using is full of bull
