I ordered a 4 in one, 3 speed body muscle massager in March 2020 and paid a total of $79.08. I received the item, followed instructions to fully charge; however, the power would never turn on even though it showed as fully charged. Once reported, I received a system generated response asking for photos and videos showing it did not work; which I sent several times. All I want is a replacement and I'm happy to would return the non-working massager. Approximately 10 emails later, I've not received any resolution. You're not able to speak to anyone for assistance. Customer Service is NOT a thing with this company.

Ordered a gift for Christmas on Nov 29, today is January 13, and I have not received product. Tracking says it is in China still. I have emailed them twice and not received a response. I will be disputing charges on my card. If I knew this was coming from China I never would have purchased. HUGE SCAM
I put an order in my "Cart", hit the back button and noticed my cart was empty. I ordered my item and got an email that two items were ordered. I think they programed the back button to order the item. I tried to get them to cancel one of the items 8 minutes later and they refused saying some broken Chinese excuses about selling me something at a discount. I was well within their cancellation policy and they didn't honor it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I'm in the same boat with the rest of these reviewers. I ordered the power massager as a Christmas gift on 12/19. It's December 28, and I still have not received the item. They sent me a fed ex tracking number after I complained, but the item has not shipped. They are now not responding to my emails. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Paypal. It may be a waste of time, but I'm going to keep trying to hold them accountable for as long as I can.
Ordered a massager off Instagram. Was told 3 to 7 days. It's been longer and it came from China not the US. Total scam.
This company is absolutely disgusting! I received it the massage gum a month after I was suppose to receive it! Total scam. It doesn't even work! I reached out to them and they said I can't get a refund until I send pictures and videos so I did. The massage fun only turns on when plugged in but doesn't even work. On the first speed it stops after you touch it to anything even with very little pressure. The two other speeds turn the gun off immediately.
I sent them videos and pictures and about two weeks later they finally respond (I sent them about three follow up emails in between) and they tell me I can either get a 30%! Refund or a new product shipped out to me which I absolutely don't even care to get.
I will be disputing their charge with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM REJOCORA IT IS A SCAM!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Paid for expedited shipping and still have yet to receive product. I've received the same email responses the others have posted. I'm opening a dispute with PayPal. I would recommend not buying anything from this company.
Please do not trust this company and never shop from their website. I was so frustrated with their customer service plainly ignoring my request for a refund that I had to open a PayPal dispute. I was compliant with their refund policy and thankfully PayPal decided in my favor. If you are having issues with a refund, reach out to PayPal and they will intervene.
I tried to return a massage gum ($90) for full refund but they told me to send to China, which ended up being $70 from Los Angeles. So the other option was to accept a partial refund of 20% and keep the massager! There is no physical address or phone number on the website, a red flag. Rejocora is also ivery unclear about returns policy. You can reach their customer service rep through their email but they'll stop responding if you complain about something. If you order something, be ready to keep it.
I ordered a massage gun on 11/27/28 for a Christmas gift. Well, that is not going to happen. My order/tracking says that a label was created on 11/27, the same day I ordered it. I think I emailed them 3 or 4 times before they finally responded, only after threatening to contact my bank and have the charges reversed. Then they gave me a story about how they were expecting a shipment of supplies by 12/20, but needed 2 or 3 days to go through the product to make sure it works. What? First clue that it was coming from China. When I emailed them again, they told me that they would rush my package, include a gift, and give me a discount on future purchases. I told them not to bother on the future discount as I would NEVER NEVER buy from them again. 12.18 and still no updates from them on anything. Thanks for ruining Christmas folks!
My "VIP" shipping order took 3 weeks to arrive, but I did get what I ordered (massage gun). It's not the greatest quality, but it wasn't very expensive. The vendor did respond to my inquiry about the status of my order, and the tracking number they provided was accurate. I was not scammed.
I ordered an item from Rejocora and paid for 3-5 delivery. It has now been 21 days since I placed my order and my item has still not arrived. They are very hard to reach as their "Contact Us" icon leads to a personal email. I am just afraid that I am not going to receive my item at all at this point. If I end up getting it then I would be way less upset but I am very nervous at this point.
I ordered a massage gun on 11/28/2019 for a Christmas gift. Order/tracking info states a shipping label was created on 12/4/2019 from Inglewood, CA. As of 12/15/2019 this item has not been shipped from Inglewood, CA. Customer service states item has been shipped and enroute, Fedex states "not shipped". Communication with Rejocora is horrible and I am worried this is a scam. Since Fedex states "not shipped" I requested to cancel and refund with no response from them. Stay away from this company and buy from a reputable company like Amazon.
I ordered a massager from this company on Dec. 6th, 2019. They sent me a tracking order and I started tracking it and it would say item not available. I finally reached out to the company and they sent me this ridiculous email below!

What's more, during the hot season, the tracking details can hardly be updated to the tracking website timely, thus, sometimes our customers can hardly track the parcel, while they may be in normal transit physically, please kindly pay some more patience on waiting the parcel.
However, we would like to be honest to our customers, on some occasions, you can receive the package in time before the holiday; while on some extreme occasions, maybe you cannot receive the package in time.
While please do not worry, we will always be responsible for our customers since we value and cherish our customers significantly, if you have not received the package in time, we can authorize you to send back after you receive it and contact us. You can open the package first after you receive it, if you still like it, you can choose to keep it; while if you want to return it, please kindly make sure you will contact us in the email, then we will authorize you to do so with the clear instruction and send the accurate return address at that time.
If you understand and agree with the above information, in order to save your time, you do not need to reply the email now since we may not be able to reply in time since we have a lot of inquiries currently, you can decide whether to contact us or not after you receive the package, we will reply and solve the problem timely at that time.

I ordered a Christmas gift and paid for the expedited shipping. When I asked for a full refund they reply with emails offering a discount of some sort. This has been ongoing for over a week. The item has never been shipped and no refund has been given.
