I had questions on the best order for products and they helped me even though some products I already had. I have been a customer for over a year and already bought a ton of products. I purchased a retinol and had lots of questions. I called them and they were fantastic. Not only did they give me recommendations for products to use with but they sent me a video on how to apply retinol. I would say I will for sure buy there again. Products are not cheap but they do have specials.
