I was so anxious before the surgery and now I barely remember about the things I have gone through to get the breasts I have today. I am a bit over seven months post the breasts augmentation surgery with doctor Cortes and I can tell you that he is without question the best you will find. He is experienced and very talented and his work is work of art, I'll tell you as much just by looking at the before and after pics of his patients. I got 350 ccs anatomically shaped implants, and I can tell you the results are exactly what I wanted. At first the breasts looked really weird, they are high on the chest, looked like someone superglued them there and it is not very encouraging, especially during the first few days when you also deal with the pain. And there will be pain during the first days. I had the procedure done on a Tuesday and the first day that I didn't need to take pills was Saturday, so don't expect it to be all roses and butterflies because you'll grind your teeth for a few days. I started driving the second week post-op. I have kids, they needed to get to work and my in laws helped during the first week, but the second week was a bit too much to ask, so I did it, it was all good. You won't be able to move mountains the second week yet, but I did pretty much all my regular tasks at home so this is not too bad. However, don't make plans to go out or even go grocery shopping in the first few weeks. First, you can't drink if you are taking medication, and I took antibiotics for five days as per the doctor's recommendation. About shopping, you can't carry anything or lift anything so better stay at home so you're not tempted. The thing is not only that it might cause complications and rupture the sutures or whatever, but it will also hurt like hell, so just forget it and ask friends or family to go shopping if you need anything in particular.
Doctor Cortes is amazing and so is his wife, Janiris. I was in contact with her the whole time after the surgery and I can tell you she is so kind and patient and has solutions for everything. She was my peace of mind during the first two weeks!

Before having kids, I had a great body. It is true that I was very careful to follow the doctor's recommendation to the letter. I took all the pills exactly how he said, I did everything he said I should. I would have stand in my head for 3 months just to get back the body I lost!
The doctor told me during the consultation and after seeing pictures of me from before the babies that I will look better after the mommy makeover but to be honest I didn't believe him then. Now, six months after my procedure, I can't believe the results. Not only that I got my hot body back, but my breasts are crazy sexy. My relationship with my husband is great again and I think my kids are proud to have such a sexy mom!
