Ever since Reliant conglomerated most of their individual functions around Worcester & vicinity into one outlet (at 5 Neponset Street near the Greendale Mall), their functionality & convenience have improved greatly. I can go to most of my individual department doctors in a minimum of trips (more convenient since I now have a walking disability) and get even a half-dozen things accomplished together, as well as meet with my own doctor & staff. There's happiness & congeniality here, people leave good-natured. The building usually has a "Wal-Mart" type greeter who pleasantly directs people where to go to do whatever (they take shift turns). And they now have updated facilities and newer equipment which simplifies so many of the functions (like blood tests, getting eyes checked and tested for glasses at their own optical shop, podiatry, to name only a few. All easily accessible, also with much guidance from individual flyers and brochures. Endocrinology, for instance, is no longer shipwrecked at a scenic but tangental location in a Nome corner of the city. A local bus route with a "terminus" stop in Neponset's parking lot has many connections along a mainway in the city, including to hospitals nearer to downtown. 5 starz Reliant on this undertaking, advise to realize A1C isn't everything.
