Speaking directly with an owner or co-owner of a company is rare, especially on your first encounter. Kyle was the most empathetic and personable human that was truly invested in helping me. He went out of his way numerous times to ensure my satisfaction. I will be sharing this website with my friends once I start seeing actual results from their work.

Came close to signing up with a competitor, but selected Removaly based on their positive reviews and fair pricing. The gold standard customer service and immediate results have exceeded all expectations. This company goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, to include opting-out of sites they don't cover (yet). Communication has been prompt and professional from the get go.

Was satisfied until getting blindsided about Removaly's abrupt "acquisition". No warning, no chance to retrieve/delete data, no opportunity to opt-out (ironically) nor permit them to share personal info with the new foreign owner. Customers are left feeling duped and concerned over who now holds the very data Removaly was entrusted and paid to protect. The lack of ethics and transparency is utterly disgraceful and has many alarmed and angry. Legal action and karma forthcoming.

I went with Removaly after comparing them with a few other similar services. What really sealed the deal is how communicative they are. I noticed them on Reddit talking about their service in a very no pressure way and they seemed helpful even then.

Once I signed up, they were even more about communication and constantly give me updates to my information. If you reply to any email or send one yourself, you get a response back in very short order. These guys are so helpful and personable, I love that.

"I heard about Removaly on Reddit. Someone there had used the site and was really happy with their service, so he posted a link. I went right away to check it out. I signed up that day. I was really happy with the customer service. I had a couple of questions and received return emails almost immediately from one of the co-founders, John Bourscheid. Within 24 hours, I started getting notifications of my info being removed from specific sites, and of removals that were pending. As of today, one week later, of the 46 sites submitted for removal, all have been removed, and only one is pending. My experience with Removaly has been extremely positive. Like many people, I am a DeleteMe subscriber. DeleteMe is good, but needs to be better. When I heard about Removaly, I sent them an email with some questions. In minutes I had a personal reply from John, who directly answered my questions. This wasn't an "auto-reply." This was from an actual human who read and understood my concerns. Amazingly he and Kyle went right to work on my behalf. In days, 95% of my listings had been removed. However the real story of their customer service became clear with the remaining 5%. One Sunday morning I sent them a message about some concerns. I did not expect any answer until the next business day. In less than 20 minutes John sent a reply, and minutes later Kyle added more information to John's note. Kyle and Johns service has been outstanding to say the least! I was previously a delete me customer but was unhappy with the quality of service and many sites still had my info. I have had a stalker since 2018 and the guys from Removaley have been instrumental in removing my information to help me protect myself. They have allowed me to add my maiden name, married name and divorced name, along with all of the addresses I have had (which is MANY).
