This site is a scam and joke of a "company" After taking our reservation and money almost two months in advance I had to contact the company wondering where my rental was as it was late and never an email from the service. My emails and phone calls were ignored for a few days and then a random text,,,, that's right I said text message came to our phone. It said what name did we use to reserve. I had no idea who this was and had to ask there was a few vague messages exchanged and then a blunt your reservation was canceled and after I kept asking why and trying to get answers it was due to not finding me with a Google search or on social media. Who does that? Text message, takes money, tries to see a picture on social media? This is for a child's harness in an airplane for goodness sakes. It's just a woman who gives herself fake reviews. I had to file fraud charges wth our bank as she never refunded any money. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I cannot believe the things you are spouting here. First of all, I sent you an email two weeks before your trip regarding the issue with your account (i. E. your name not matching). I did not hear from you for a few days. I sent you another email stating that it will be canceled if I don't hear from you.
I then received an email from you (from a different email address) that sounded like you had not read my previous emails. I replied to your message twice (and forwarded the replies to your other email address as well), but, just like before, no direct response.
I only received one phone call from you at 9 am. ONE. And one voicemail. YOU did not call for a few days as you claimed here and your emails were certainly not unanswered. You did not leave your name in the voicemail, all I got was your phone number and message. I immediately knew it was you because you were the only customer who had an issue, so I texted you. Was I wrong to not call you? Maybe.

And before you say fraudulent charge, why don't you check your bank account first before you spread malicious lies.
Yes, I am just a woman. And my business is such a small operation that you're willing to damage and insult it all because you failed to understand where I am coming from. I am not sending my property to a Jane hoping that it will go to a Susan. You could have cleared it and we could have resolved this, you know. But I guess social courtesy skipped your generation.
