I was wrong. I was impatient. The communication my not be at the level as we all expect. I did my research and found the guy that fixed my issue. Long story short... Zachary King (Sales and Business Consulting) fixed my order within days. I found him on LinkedIn. Request to follow him. Tell him your issue. Resid3ncy is a legit company. You'll see.
Ordered a sf hat oct 9 few days later a label was created. October 15 I tracked my order says usps never received item. I emailed the company twice no reply. I sent a DM no reply until i wrote on one of their IG pictures and they blamed usps. I followed up 3 more times and no reply. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. Scam company

They claim to allow exchanges, but it's impossible to get in contract with anyone. I tried emailing, using their website and messaging on Instagram. No response anywhere for weeks. Extremely unprofessional.
Shady company/ownership that uses unscrupulous marketing towards the youth to rip them off.
Operates out of a fake address, no phone number, unresponsive to email, owners with a questionable "business" track record.
Worst of all is their greedy exploitation of impoverished sweat shops used to manufacture it's products that are rarely delivered on time, if ever.

I ordered a hat. It never came. I tried contacting them through email, their chat feature on site, and via Instagram. Got nothing. I cancelled the order as it is in their refund policy to grant a refund/accept returns, but they never refunded me.
It says on their site "We pride ourselves on customer interaction and the highest level of customer service! We have multiple avenues to contact us"... Clearly that's a lie. I should have never trusted them because their site is absolutely hideous. Looks like a child set it up.

Its been a week and USPS is still showing that it has yet to receive the items I've ordered to ship out. The site states that it takes 1-2 days to ship out. I get it if there are delays but at least let your customer know. They don't have a phone number, they don't reply to their site chat, facebook, instagram or twitter. Their product looks good but how they run their operation is horrible.
I have been trying to reach someone regarding two orders that I placed in December and this month in January. Both times I have ordered two hats and each time only one of the two hats gets delivered. The last box delivered was sloppily taped. As I mentioned, only one hat was inside and instead of finding the second hat, I find a mini Valentines box of chocolates and a ziploc bag of half-eaten cookies. I have emailed MULTIPLE TIMES and even sent a DM in Instagram. No response! I wish they had an actual customer support phone line so I could call them directly instead of sending electronic messages and waiting for a reply (if they'll ever). The hats purchased were $50 each so I'm out $100 as of right now.
Over month later and still no merchandise received. I've tried several different ways to get any kind of response and I get crickets-Nada-Ziltch. Resid3ncy has the worst customer resolving communication I've ever seen. So, now I'm off to the bank to dispute the charges. The worst part of it is I have to close my account, get a new card and wait 10 business days for a new debit card.
I was only trying to Rep my team and a company but was only disappointed. Maybe one day they will actually merge with a store front company to sell their apparel.
If and when I recieve my order, I'll change my review, but in all honesty I don't see that happening.

I placed an order that wasn't even a pre-order, and it's been over 2 weeks and no response from their email, social media, etc... Save your stress and money and spend it on a more responsible company.
