Residents Energy (https://residentsenergy.com) is a despicable company that scams people and steals money from them. Their agent came and misrepresented herself as representative of my current energy provider PSEG and told that they to verify something, they looked into my PSEG account recorded some account numbers and then started to say that we overpay for the energy and they offer price four times, I refused the deal and asked her to leave. Sadly for me in upcoming weeks I found that we completed the switch without my explicit authorization and started to change 14 cents per KW instead of 11.60 cents per KW I was paying before. These sales tactics are deceiving and not acceptable, they steal money from the customers, and I would participate in class action suit and fully prosecute the company with all possible means. Residents Energy MUST BE STOPPED!
