Contacted Revato twice with no response. Due to the coronavirus and cancelation of my airline tickets to Norway and close of borders to US citizens, I attempted to change reservation to next year for 3 nights hotel reservations at the Scandic Flesland Airport Hotel, Bergen, Norway. Received no response and unable to phone as no phone number available. I talked with hotel directly and they had no problem with change but because I made original reservation through Revato I needed to contact them for confirmation number. Very frustrating and disappointing. Poor customer service on Revato's part. Unsure now where I stand. Thank you for listening! Floyd Edwards *******@gmail.com
Finger weglassen. Die Hotels haben keinen direkten Vertrag mit Revato und haben dann ggf. (wie in unserem Fall) keine Zimmer frei. Die Buchung wird zwangsläufig aufgrund der fehlenden Zimmerkapazitäten storniert, aber man muss an Revato dennoch eine Nacht Stornierungsgebühr zahlen. Völlig unseriös! Werden versuchen, das Geld direkt über den Kreditkartenanbieter zurück buchen zu lassen und hoffen das funktioniert.
