Claim Your BusinessI have an original rev, a Supersonic and very recently purchased a Revolution Blast. Some of these kites are over 23 years old and they're still.in fairly good shape. These kites I find are challenging to fly ( especially the Blast). The packaging and fit and finish of the kites is remarkably good. Materials used are top notch. I have watched Revolution knock offs fly, and I think they are not even half as good as the Rev. My most recent purchase, the Blast is a handful and will require hours and hours of fun to master all the skills. Cheers Gavin
They will do nothing to help when you have a problem. I bought one of their kites at a trade show and was blown away by how good the kites are. Making sure to fly within the designated wind conditions, I took it out a few weeks later and almost immediately, part of the carbon fiber frame snapped. So I thought, okay these things happen. I emailed them and they informed me I should have an extra set of frame parts in the bag. Because I got this kite at a trade show, the parts were not there, which I informed them of. They told me I needed to buy new ones, so I did. The parts arrived, they did not fit my kite and were clearly designed for another model. I contacted them again, called them multiple times as well as emailed them multiple times and received no response. So I ended up ordering a custom piece from a carbon fiber rod manufacturer. This is terrible support from a company that makes otherwise nice kites (nice to fly at least, they don't seem to fit within their designated wind speeds).
First of all, you must be interested in "high end" (cost) kite flying. To the normal person, spending $250.00US on a kite is absurd. I agree (but I still buy em).
There, now that that's out of the way, we can move on to the kites. These are, without a doubt, the best quad line (4 line) kites available. Extremely well made, a total blast to fly... you don't just hold a string, you actually fly the kite with the 4 control lines. Total precision while screaming across the sky. Don't believe me? Go to YouTube and search "Revolution Kites... then watch in amazement. One video will "say" more to you than me typing all night here on "Site Jabber";-)
