Claim Your BusinessGood product but the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced for an online purchase. My complaint stems from an issue with my order which I addressed in a straightforward, direct, detailed manner to customer service at RPF. I did receive a timely phone call from someone at Revolution which took an ugly turn early on in the conversation. The person that I spoke with did not seem to have a grasp or the ability to interact with a client in a professional manner. I was told that he would speak with his manager and get back to me... later that day I was contacted via email by V. P. Anderson Gibbons with a curt Generic response which reiterated that they do not accept returns. We had several additional email volleys back and forth which were rather heated. The final response that I Received from the V. P. was: "I would have helped you... we love helping our customers but you were an extremely rude person and need a taste of your own medicine. Please don't Buy fabrics from our company again." I suppose I will chalk this experience up to a novice being placed in a vital role that lacks the maturity, professional experience or knowledge of what it takes to interact with clients Regardless of the situation. Buyer Beware!
