Bought a RhinoRack cross bar system a few years ago so I could mount a Thule cargo carrier to my car. Plastic construction caused one of the legs to break. I contacted them about it. They asked for what was broken, proof of purchase, and pictures of what was broken. I sent those and then they sent a bunch of additional questions. Bottom line instead of backing up their product they find any way to void coverage. I had an issue with my Thule cargo carrier a few years ago and they sent a replacement after proof of purchase and pictures. No additional questions, just backed up their product. I'll be looking for Thule cross bars and will never recommend or use RhinoRack again.
