I was tea looking forward to trying this out, I ordered and paid and delivery was due 8-11 April, those days came and went so I checked the track n trace which said it had been delivered, I was home and nobody knocked with a delivery, checked the CCTV around my house, nobody had delivered to "a safe place" no card put through my door to say I missed a delivery or it had been left with a neighbour, so I checked with my neighbours to no avail and them contacted Rhoné to explain all of this and asked for them to check with whoever they use as a courier and to ask for a replacement or refund. They are refusing a replacement or refund because they said "customer's lie to get another freebie or a refund when they have actually received the package". WOW 😮 They also can't provide any proof that it was delivered to me, but I can prove it wasn't, so this review will go everywhere to warn others about this experience and I have left the refund with the fraud team at my bank to deal with. Rhoné don't bother responding, you're an absolute disgrace of a company, some people may say scam artists. And I have all the emails to back up my review which I will also post online.
