I was pleased to learn that they didn't have a replacement foot pedal for my sons TT1600 so they took one off a new bike and shipped it to us along with a couple of other parts they had in stock. That's customer service folks! Any of these electric bikes are useless if you can't get replacement parts (especially with a son who tends to break things on occasion) so hats off to Burromax for going out of their way. Much appreciated.

I had a control module go out in my daughter's s10x scooter. They promptly diagnosed the error code and sent part and instructions within a week.

I was admitted in Advent Healthcare Hospital in Orlando for my back surgery. I had to stay in Orlando till I recover fully, so I was looking for a Scooter or a wheelchair to operate during my recovery phase. Then I came across this scooter rental website in Orlando and ordered a three-wheeled mobility scooter after my surgery. As I am not a person who can sit at a single place for long time, I have to mobilize to keep my mind fresh. The three-wheeled Scooter was delivered on time, and the guys handed over to me with the instructions on how to operate it. My experience with Orlando Rental Scooters was amazing. Anyone in Orlando must get their scooters if they need to.

Web-site advertised the board as Hoverboard360 but when it arrived is was an Imoto? Hiding assets behind other companies. No customer service. Refusal to refund for the recalled hover boards. Pretends to offer refund by having you fill out a form on their web-site but never responds. There needs to be a class action law suite against the "parent" company so they will stop preying on American citizens!

I think this site is nice but its to good to be true about the prices of the bikes. Help, Help, Help!

I bought a Segway Dominator v5 and had it shipped to Denmark, Europe. Good service and easy to get advised over phone and mail. My problem is that my product wouldn't charge. In no way and it even decharged when plugged in. I have tryed contacting segwaykiller.com on mail and phone, but I get no response. The answer machine says the number is suddenly invalid, the same number I've used all along and the number listed on their website. Now I have a dominator v5 3200$ product that doesn't work and a company that doesn't return my mails or calls

I ordered 2 bikes and got cheap sunglasses when I called they told me to keep the sunglasses and they would ship the bikes right away
