My 2011 Chevy Malibu was stolen a couple weeks ago and even though they didn't have it in their system showing my car was in their possession im thankful. They didn't have to help and didn't have to look but they did so I'm giving them 5 stars. Having a car stolen is very stressful and I've had littkr help. So just for ride safely to even look in their data base is a lot of help so far for me in this situation. Thanks you for your help much love and many blessings
Bought a 986 boxster. Car so called in driving condition. No serious exterior damage. All keys included. Finally when arriving at harbor, no keys at all, soft top window ripped. According to the company, not a ridesafely problem. Loaded as is, then came the real surprises... no oil, no water, wrong battery, all relays and fuses misssing. Further investigation gives a piston/valve damage... a 10k project became a 25k nightmare, thanks to this great untrustworthy company called ridesafely.

Not too good not to bad, there were some hidden fees that was not seen. The supports people pickup right away but do not follow up. online customer service uses copy and paste from QA instead of answering the actual question. Now I know enough to avoid all the frustration. For a first timer it was a nightmare. I asked for a transportation quote which I never revived. I called 3 times to get my storage fee to find out the agent told me she were very busy to give her more time to find out how much it was, and indeed I had to call 2 hrs prior to pickup time the next day. I find it off and the customer support folks need a little word of encouragement or a raise, there was no dedication or a sense to help me. Last rep under the name of Celeste was very helpful, she told me the storage fee right away and took the payment. JC
Everything was good and speaking for myself I think it would be better especially for first time bidders be reminded constantly of all the fees, Insurance Auction Fees, Ridesafely Fees and differences and Transport Cost at all times. If you could show this all in one page..just like an invoice would really be good for us..them. Staff is very good they make you feel important and they don't descriminate no matter how small or big what your bidding on. I would highly recommend Ridesafely.com to all.
Overall the bidding is on point with no delays. The best part is the customer service. Very friendly and informative when you need something or have a question. The hole process was easy and the shipping department was easy also. I give it 5 stars great job guys.
Fees are somewhat excessive compared to years ago. And they charge for expedited mail to get the title, which takes about two months. Not really great service, so 4 stars

They have a good customer service. They always clarify our issues with a phone call and was very friendly when helping their customers to ensure that things work. On Friday, they stayed up late at night to complete my purchase so I can pick it up on Monday! The expenses that were incurred were very reasonable. An issue would be an auction fee was charged, and it was higher than other brokers I have used. However, their broker charge was better as it was more reasonable. Greatly appreciated that I was given access to IAA and Copart in the same broker.

It takes way too long for you to release the pickup info ect.. I submitted a wire transfer at 10am and was told the release info will not be available until after 3. I had a transport company ready to pick it up today but they can not wait until after 3. So now I have to wait until next week where I will undoubtedly end up with storage fees.
I absolutely love the great vibes from the ladies I spoke with they are so very kind, patient and of great spirit, makes anything that would be an issue unworthy to entertain when talking to such fantastic employees thank you!
I watched online auction and it seemed to go higher than i wanted to pay, then was called back and told I had high bid. I do not believe real bidders pushed up the price. I think something is going on here and I should have gotten it cheaper.

I was high bidder on an Audi Q5 at 8k. Received email notification that I was high bidder. Watched the auction. The Q5 sold at $7700. I contacted ridesafely as to why I didn't win the car. They claimed they had no record of the car going thru the auction. I watched it. Apparently someone connected got it.
They now get to keep my 10% deposit for 5 days, or more, while I wait and hope I get a refund of my
10%. My suggestion would be to steer clear of this service. Others may be legit.

Good but Copart charges don't seem to reflect correct amount of fees for my having made a wire transfer to make payments on my purchases.
The shopping experience is not that palatable as I went through a lot of stress from bidding,payment and up to pick up level,many extra expenses I didnt plan for,all the same,thank you.

well after bidding on 2 other vehicles and not winning the bids i was upset but i seen this vehicle and my luck changed i actually in a matter of minutes its a fast process and real easy to do
Very good experience on the purchasing side, a Tip, would be very helpful even at a charge, if you could offer the added service of a part estimation service. Also would be a great rev. generator for you guys. Especially for us that are going to be exporting the purchase. This way we could receive the car and the parts together and save on shipping etc.

everything is pretty good. One problem though - payer and buyer are two different persons. It works most of the time. but need to change the profile from time to time.
