I ordered the 2020 Nightmare Before Christmas Funko POP! Figure advent calendar. I ordered this with the impression it was the POP! Figures they advertised. They are NOT the POP figures. They are a knockoff. I ordered the calendar with the 24 characters. I did not receive what was described. I spoke with the company and they only offered a 15% discount. They expect me to pay $30 to return the product or just take the discount. NOT WORTH the hassle. Extremely disappointed in the product and how they "resolved" the situation. They said 100% money back guarantee. That's a lie. "According to our policy, customers must return the products to us if they want a full refund. Our company does not pay the returned transportation costs. Shipping costs will be more than $30 to return the product. As you are our valued customer, we can offer the following solution: We can refund 15% as compensation, as per our previous message you can keep the order and no need to return." Pretty much I will end up spending $20 for nothing in return. This is not a great way to do business. I don't write reviews often especially bad ones. I want to warn anyone thinking about getting these. The whole website looks like a ripoff. I wish I had been more weary. I tried to leave the review on their website but it keeps getting taken down. I will keep posting it though.
