Let me start by saying I'm a relatively smart person, so I should have known better. I saw an ad for Rimily on a social media site and went to their website several times before deciding to purchase two shirts. I tried to do research on the company first, but there wasn't really any information out there (should have been my first clue). The tops I bought were exactly the same, just different colors. The shirt (listed as one of their top sellers), had 10 reviews. There should have been more reviews for a "top seller", but all the reviews were written different, each was very descriptive, and five stars (should have been my second clue). After paying $15 for the cheapest shipping option (10-15 business days), I waited for my items to arrive. And I waited. And waited. Literally, seven weeks later (35 business days) I received my items. The "tracking information" they provide is a joke, as the items are being shipped by way of a very slow boat from China, and have to pass multiple levels of customs before ever being placed into a courier truck in the US. The moment I took the items out of the shipping bag I knew I had been scammed. I lifted the shirt up to get a better look and I wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry. The shirt looks nothing, and I mean nothing, like the picture on the model from their site. The material is stiff (not like the soft looking knit from the photo), the edges of the garment are not even hemmed (raw edges), there are no tags inside the top to indicate what material the shirt is made of (literally none!), and the neck line (which was listed and shown as a V-neck") is rounded. I'm not sure why I even bothered to try the top on, but I did and despite the glowing reviews that stated the top fit "true to size", it did not. Ha! The sleeves are too short and there is no making this top work. The item is so cheaply made and downright unattractive, I cannot believe for one moment that a single review was real! So, I felt compelled at this point to go leave an honest review on their site, about the horrible "top seller" shirt I had just received. After submitting my review, I received the standard response about their team needing to review the feedback before publishing. Ask me if my one star review ever got published? Yeah, no, it did not and it will never see the light of day, I'm sure. People need to know that this company is purposely misrepresentating what they sell, they are posting fake reviews, and grossly falsifying the time it takes to receive the items ordered. Normally I would return items that I don't want, but I'm going to have to suck this one up and just throw the shirts into the donation bin because I refuse to spend one more nickle on this company. With that said, consider yourself warned if you decide to purchase from Rimily.
