I ordered a desk, paid and my order was canceled (*******). I ordered one more time, and also canceled! (*******). I wrote to support and they asked THE PURPOSE OF ORDER, what excuse me? And than said "Shipping address is 166 km from location of IP address" but it wasn't true! I ordered in Liverpool being in Southport, which is no more than 50 km away. And then they blocked me! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Returned item at my expense but they charged me postage. I thought when they were allowed back school perhaps the teachers could explain this to them. Would not refund postage so will not use them again. Not even worth one star.

I wanted goods quickly for an urgent job; Rinkit offered one-day delivery for an additional payment - I made the additional payment, Rinkit sent it via Hermes so quite literally God only knows when it will arrive because neither Rinkit nor Hermes know.

Rinkit offered no apology or explanation why they couldn't be bothered to send it as per the order placed and so far have not even bothered to offer a refund.

Is it not possible for British companies to even attempt to give customer service? Though this isn't even close to that, to take payment to provide next day delivery and then to not even bother to try to do that is nothing less than fraudulent.

Ordered an item, paid for it and never received it. I can't get anyone to help me. Don't order anything from Rinkit.com

Please... please... don't buy from these guys. They are not customer oriented at all. They don't attend to your enquirers after a purchase. Not worth it.

Bought a glass top garden table. It was cheap in price and cheap in quality, that old saying you get what you pay for. The frame did not match up but luckily you could not tell once it was upright.

This business is deceiving, UNPROFESSIONAL having ZERO ethics and ZERO consideration for customers. Once they get your money they'll just turn their back when there is a problem with your order. I purchased 2 sun loungers & a small outdoor plastic table from this company for £130.00 - only to discover that the items are shoddy & of extremely poor quality - they have suffered severe sun damage & fading in less than a year - see attached photo - not what I expected for the high price & definitely not what the description on the Rinkit website purports them to be. Their customer service is terrible & they do not deal with complaints. It's then you realise you've been ripped off. Very unscrupulous - BUYERS BEWARE

Appalling company. Minimal and snooty aftersales. Included specific delivery instructions. They ignored them and blamed ME for placing the order in the early morning when they don't bother reading the messages ATTACHED TO the order. Then lectured me about how I should have emailed them instead. As they didn't read the ATTACHED message, why would they have read the email?! Has cost me a lot of time and money. Avoid.

Not only did they send me the wrong colour product, but the product that they sent to me was a broken customer returned item - with the previous customer's return slip included.
I asked politely for a refund. They asked for photo's. I sent photo's.
They said they didn't receive them. I sent them again. I waited a couple of days.
I asked politely for an update. They said "I am sorry but it does not look like you received my last reply, we asked for an image showing the item you have received?" I sent the photo's again. Left it a couple of days - no response.
I asked again politely for an update (and sent photo's again) - after another couple of days no response.
This company is a great example of a bad company.
I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company.
I eventually got my refund after speaking to a very helpful Amazon operative.

It was the first time I buy anything from Rinkit. Com, I bought some desert glasses set of 6 they look nice in the website but in reality, the glass finish is very rough and looking bad very expensive £14.00, I had to pay for delivery and Return, very disappointed

I was seriously concerned after reading these reviews after I ordered 60 glass bowls for our workplace. I am not sure why so many bad reviews. I ordered Wednesday and arrived well packaged in Sydney on Friday (2 days!) They were so well packaged that even my postie dropping the box - none damaged. Super cute design bowls. Very happy - will buy again!

I bought some wine glasses and a few other bits in my lunch break and they turned up the next day even though I had chosen the free delivery option. I had to spend £50 or more to get free delivery but even if I didn't, delivery is only £3.99. Glasses etc arrived next day and they are very nice. So cheap too, how do they do it?!
