The Ritz-Carlton

Ritz-Carlton has amazing hotels across the world and I've always received very good servies from them. My most recent stay was at their hotel in Dallas. I stayed at a King room with my boyfriend and it was beautiful. The room had all the necessary ammenities and it was very stylish and comfortable. We had a breakfast buffet where the spread was really big and was really yum. We also had room service a couple of days where our food was delivered on the said time. Lovely experience

Great service, great staff, love the Ritz Carlton hotel whenever I stay there. I have stayed at the Ritz in Hawaii, in St. Thomas, and in California, and I have never been disappointed. Always excellent.

We've stayed in Ritz Carlton Bali resort&spa on August 2022. Cost per night more than 600 eur. Somebody from staff came to lock the mini bar on our arrival (cost max 30 Eur)… Laundry (3 clothes were delivered in 2 days) with request to pay in cash, requested buggy didn't arrived in time, ordered food was deliverd in 1 hour with request to pay in cash. Private pool was dirty on first day of stay… We'll never choose this hotel again…

I would like to express my appreciation for the service I received at the Fort Lauderdale Ritz-Carlton property.My family and I were seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay, which we did in fact receive. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and were confident in our choice of stay. Not only did the location and room exceed our expectations, but also the staff members were exceptional. Not being familiar with the area, the concierge was able to provide us with dinner locations that were exactly what we were seeking. The concierge recommended other activities, such as biking along the water, which also added to our stay. The staff, inside, as well as the pool staff, were extremely pleasant and helpful. We made friends with the staff and were able to get outstanding service our entire stay. They were tremendously kind and easy to communicate with, leaving us with an even better experience. I without a doubt will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
