I attended the Gawler place store in Adelaide. To purchase a pair of made on demand Boots. I was assisted by a wonderful Lady (Elaine) a wonderful assistant an amazing advertisement for the store. She explained to me that I could only use my corporate discount Online. I returned to the store, where I was assisted by a Brilliant young man(Josh m). Nothing was to much trouble for him, over all a Terrific experience. I shall return. With staff and a product this good. 10/10. I can't speak highly enough.
I have recently purchased my 5th pair of RM Williams. When i tried them on they did not fit even being 9g as per my other 4 pairs. I went to Adelaide store and sent them off to be stretched this cost $55 on top of what I have outlaid. Got the phone call to pick them up and guess what still don't fit. SO I KNOW HAVE A PAIR OF 9G Rm WILLIAMS THAT DONT FIT. Staff were nice but could not offer a solution so I will need to sell them on market place. NOT HAPPY
