Particularly during sale periods, Rockmans' online store is great, and offers free shipping above a certain amount. However, their website and product sorting could be improved. Deliveries come in good packaging, but the communication about status updates could also have some improvement, particularly with the email links that don't make it easy to check your orders.
After purchasing products online and returning them to their store in Tasmania I had gift cards given to me, which I was happy with. They then closed the store down and will not honour the two gift cards valued at over $100. After several months of emails and phone calls I have have not heard back from them. They promise to get back to you, but do not. What a rip-off do not shop with them.

I WAS MADE TO WAIT MONTHS FOR A REFUND FINALLY THEY NOTIFIED ME THEY HAD PROCESSED A REFUND. THE AMOUNT THEY HAD REFUNDED WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME SO I FOUND OUT VIA MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. THE REFUND WAS FOR ONLY HALF THE AMOUNT OWED. THIS IS VERY DECEITFUL AND MISLEADING. NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE BUISNESS PRACTICE AND I AM NOW INVOLVING THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING
