Needed a supplement for overnight shipping, ordered it from Rockwell and pay $29 for overnight shipping. It took eight days to get to me. The order finally came to me from a company called Emerson ecologic's. When I contacted Emerson to find out why it took so long for the order to get to me they told me that Rockwell never put in overnight shipping and they sent it regular six-day post. I contacted Rockwell email and phone and was told that it was their answering service that no one was in and that someone would get back to me. It has been five days no one has gotten back to me. I filed a claim with
