On 15 September 2020 I ordered and paid for a canon camera. Despite many phone calls and emails to ask where it is i have received no replies. I am seriously considering going to Trading Standards and or the police.

Hes a crook you wont see your camera or your money ever again... AVOID AVOID AVOID. AVOID AVOID
Ordered a lens 10 days ago. No confirmation, no lens, no answer on the phone, no response to voicemail, no response to emails. Then I took a look at reviews online and realise I should have avoided at all costs. Have now asked for a refund (a technical exercise to which I expect no response) and will initiate charge back to recover my money.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid. It is a gamble that you will actually get your items,
30 days ago I placed an order and I have not received anything yet. After 2 days they charged me the amount in my account through the WORLDPAY-KLARNA platform. I have sent up to 4 e-mail, several different weeks and has not answered any. I feel like I lost my money. I do not know what to do. They are scammers. Do not buy anything here. The website seems to continue working the same.
I've bought several items from Rocky Cameras over the years without any problem. My last transaction was for a 70 item... Never received, the tracking number never worked, royal mail never heard about it and after a lot of unsuccessfull emails and phone calls, i think i'm just f**ked up and I 'll never see my money back or the item.

If you have experienced the same issues with this robber as a lot of peoples reviewed on the internet do the same thing to make it stop!
I recently bought a 28mm lens and i will give credit, i did indeed get my lens, but i figured out that the aperture lever wasn't working correctly, I imagine it will be an easy fix but it is frustrating since i was hoping to use it as soon as i got it for a new photo series I'm doing. Everything else works perfectly on it but the one problem i have does make it less desirable. For people looking for good quality lenses id say look somewhere else but if your ok with doing a little fixing after you get an item then i guess you can take the risk. But overall i don't recommend this site for equipment.
Purchase some items which were costing not too much then graduated to $200plus and I have not received the lens yet after numerous emails and promises from rockycameras. Rocky is a liar and a thief.Its been two months now, I rang him too but keep on getting answer phones, I am in New Zealand and its frustrating as he does not respond to any of my correspondence, I wonder why?
