I purchased a roomcard voucher in error for my sister on behalf of my father. When realising the error I requested a refund and received an email straight away to confirm that the refund would be processed. Within four days the money was returned to my account. This is great customer service, well done roomcard.
DO NOT purchase a gift card from this company. They are based in London and when attempting to use gift card the recipient I gave it to was trying to check in at motel in New Mexico listed as available on their website. Gift card would not work so tried to call/contact them but they weren't available due to only open during UK business hours. TERRIBLE customer service should be 24/7 due to hotels listed as available worldwide. Don't waste your time or money.

Caution! It's a Scam!
While people try to buy this with good heart, Roomcard runs a scam!
1. Roomcard doesn't price match or offer best available rates. They are always higher than what I find on other sites.
2. Roomcard doesn't redeem or refund
3. Roomcard expires in 3 years
4. If someone qualifies for a discounted rate (AAA discount, senior rate, etc) Roomcard actually costs way more! You can't get the discounts and use the Roomcard together
5. Zero understanding from customer support
No! Don't buy this for your friends, it's more of a problem than a solution! Our $150 gift card is only worth about $20. We feel bad for our friends who bought this.
