I've had to hire an attorney to go after this company and they continue to not respond by mail, email, or answer their phone. I requested a simple bank statement for them to prove to my bank that the money was never received. They claimed it was on the way then cut off communication. I still am out three grand and have received nothing proving their innocence. Basically they are thieves and they are even dodging legal matters. They stole my money and there's nothing stopping them from stealing yours. Do not use RORO USA LLC under any circumstances, and do not recommend them to anyone you know.
