I really like the products even though often the things I like sell out in my size very quickly. They have a great return policy which is great for online ordering. The only issue I think could be better is I never get reminder emails that I need to make a purchase, I get one after my credit goes thru. I'm very busy and can never remember what day I need to make a purchase by so I almost always miss the deadline.
The quality was not the best and I had to pay $15 to send the back. I had send an e-mail inquiring return labels and no one ever replied. Not a good way to make business.
I love Rose & Remy! I get most of my shoes from here. The shipping is always timely and arrives well. Most shoes are either true to size or the reviews and comments from people give a precise sizing, which helps me always get the right size for myself. I love the styles and sometimes I wish I bought a second pair of my favorites because some shoes to sell out. I have never been disappointed or let down by Rose & Remy and plan to continue to purchase from them.
Love Rose & Remy products, and the ease of ordering. Returns, if necessary, are a breeze as well. My number 1 go to for shoes and sandals.

It fits like a glove! I've never had a pair of flats that fits so comfortably! I simply love it! I am going right now to buy new colors! If you like flat bailarina shows, you will absolutely adore this pair.
They don't send you any emails or text or anything regarding your order, they don't even tell you who will be shipping it, honestly horrible, if i could rate it negative i would.

These might be the most comfortable and light shoes I've ever had. I love the style, and shipping was fast. A bit expensive, but I have not regretted it.

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid extra for 1-4 day shipping. I got the shoes a month later, after the event I needed them for. Returned them to a rather sketchy address and never got a refund. $75 lost in the process. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
