I purchased items online, made payment via PayPal. But the company replied that there was no stock and asked me to purchase with a higher price. I refuses and ask for refund. Although it was refunded by there was service charge by PayPal. My point is if no stock, please state clearly in the online platform. Now I suffered from the service charge, and I will not consider to purchase any items in this company.
I have ordered some Cisco routers from this supplier and the products have been delivered to my company. We tested them and they work without any problems. These routers are original new. Also, this is a good supplier.
