The games are over all good I miss things they got rid of like angry birds epic and I think they should update most of there games and make them harder (angry birds2) but still I love rovio's games
This company has put a lot of effort and time into this tactic of extorting money. No money no progress. Sad this is what they do everyday. False advertising, already been caught stealing info from kids and no support of any kind. Great job of dropping the ball again Rovio.

I wrote a couple of days ago about how you are forced over and over again to accept your conditions. When you do the game goes back to level one. How many times do you need to accept the conditions. This has happened twice this week. I just lost an hot of free play plus other stuff. Please fix this, not just read reviews and do nothing, which seems to be happening.
Rovio Entertainment is a complete ripoff! The game in specific question is Angry Birds Transformers; although I have experienced these same issues with other Angry Birds games. The game has become deliberately more difficult to operate in that Rovio constantly removes free features. Leveling up is next to impossible because of everything changing to a subscription like design when its advertised as a free to play game. There are numerous glitches, especially when supposed upgrades occur. Support is a lie as well because when you report the issue, Rovio refuses to acknowledge the issue, refuses to refund cash or replace lost data/ items/materials. If they even answer you, their response is consistently the same; it's the players fault and they know that's very frustrating but there's nothing they can do. Rovio is a scam!
Tip for consumers:
That they don't care about players, they take your money, and then remove features and refuse to return, refund, or communicate!

My game needed an update and while I was updating the game, something happened and I lost all of my progress. I reached out to the support team and they were working with me to get my information back. They asked me for my GPA number from my Google account. I sent them proof of who I was and how I spent money on their game. Long story short, I logged in to see if they ever fixed my game just to find that I was permanently banned from using the game. What a joke. I would bet they never had any intention to restore my game. Anyways, don't waste your time on this game. I got it to play with my kids, and I was so far just to lose it all and not be able to get my progress back after doing everything they asked to get it back. I'll have my kids delete this game too.
I had initially downloaded Angry Birds 2 to play with my nephews and got into the play. Just under 3 months into playing the game started glitching and not rewarding achievements... this hurt my group/clan which the game makes you join to progress fully. I tested the waters with customer support, which consistently blamed its consumers for the glitches and didn't make good with the rewards.
The games in app purchases came with an autoglitch that took all of what was bought and threw it in the garbage... the auto play setting has been permanently set in the tower of fortune to take all of your gems/cash.
You are being turned in and being credit card disputed. Your customer support team needs some schooling or simply new jobs. Fix your glitches and pay back what was stolen
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust the app or support team. Not worth the trouble

Played angry bird for years but since 2018 it become a nightmare. The game freezes up and shuts down having to start again. I have deleted the app 3 times which I lost all progress and had to start all over again. Not to mention the Star Cup and their tournament. I have sent emails to Support and the answer is to pick to choices which did not help at all. It is very un respectfully to us as players. Just fix it I would rate this app minus 10

I had downloaded the pc demo of angry birds and decided to upgrade. Made the purchase from their site. They had no problem taking the money but 2 days later I still have not gotten the activation key from Rovio. I contacted support and was told I would have it within 24 hours. Still no luck. Contacted support again and still nothing. Will be contacting PayPal for a refund. This should have been an instant transaction and would have been with any other company. Buyers Beware!
Angry birds are the best. The most popular game of all times for smartphone users. There will hardly be anybody with a smartphone who has not played the game or visited the website once.
Finnish software house Rovio is the developer of Angry Birds, currently the top-selling paid app on every mobile device in every country on every planet in the known universe. At the time of writing, sales figures run into the hundreds of millions and the game is being ported to just about any device, mobile or not, that can handle it. And that of course includes all smartphones, either Apple or Android or Nokia or Palm, Windows, Mac, all games consoles and even the color Nook e-book reader.
For anyone away in some not-entirely-parallel universe this last year, Angry Birds is a video puzzle game which involves stylized cartoon birds being launched by slingshot at stylized cartoon pigs. There are five different types of birds, each with their own special characteristics, and the pigs are protected in a variety of clever and frustrating ways by an assortment of materials of different degrees of destructibility. To progress through the levels, and there are hundreds of them, requires skill and practice; luck might play a part but it's skill that moves you along.
The description doesn't begin to explain why this is the single most addictive video game ever, leaping from mobiles to all devices and topping the charts all over the world. Nothing can explain that easily, you have to play it to understand. But if I had to pick a few characteristics, I'd say it appeals to everyone who needs to break things now and then - all of us, in other words; it appeals to anyone who loves beating puzzles set specifically to defeat them, and it's pitched at a skill level that keeps players having one more go, and progressing at exactly the right rate to sustain interest and tempt them to the next level. It's also funny and charming and silly enough to appeal to kids and adults alike. Like any good game of skill, you can learn how to play within minutes and then spend hours and hours learning that just knowing the rules is nowhere nearly enough.
And like any media phenomenon, we are now beginning to see the spin-offs: more games, cuddly toys, clothing and more cuddly toys. The movie, the TV series and the sponsored racing team are no doubt being lined up right now.
For this year at least, this is the "killer app" that almost every device is going to offer. It's not on the Blackberry yet, but that's close, so expect the level of attention at your next executive meetings to be less than perfect and don't believe anyone who says they have to answer an urgent call. Also coming soon is the ability to port your scores across devices, so you can carry on the same game on your iPhone, Nook, and PC depending on where you are. Just be careful not to keep Real Life on hold for too long, OK?
Note that this is the developer's website. To buy the app or the port, you'll need to go to the app store appropriate to your device or computer. For Windows, that's Intel AppUpp, and at the time of writing the price is $4.99, which is outstanding value for a game likely to occupy you for hundreds of hours.
The home of Rovio - maker of Angry Birds, Bad Piggies, Battle Bay and many more!
