I placed my order the beginning of April I was sending them emails every week all I got is a bunch of lire too. I tried to cancel my order they said it was in customs the tracking number would come up not found. Then on June 24 after the asking for my refund f ou r over a month they say it was delivered on June 6 and I never received it. Now they wont respond to my email or do a dam thing about it I'm out almost $60.00. This is the very worst company to deal with

I ORDER THIS ON facebook it was on April 18,2020 haven't still recieved it at all n ou r heard anything else. And there's another one called Cardinlt I spent 41.00 and that was done in April 16,2020 never heard anything nor got anything still and today is June29,2020 Total spend with both 85.00 they r called the polygel nails set. So I hope nobody else falls for their bullcrap. It's a seriously scam. Go on (wish)and order it's way better!

The company advertises their products on social media platforms such as Instagram. Once you purchase their product. You will never receive you purchased item. Their is no method of reaching customer care representative on the website. The only form of communication is through to your confirmation email receipt of purchase. They individual with the email address *******@gmail.com will make a promise that your pack will arrive shortly with a made up tracking info. There is no shipping carrier mentioned nor updates on the false link provided with receipt confirmation email. It's been 50 days since my purchase from royal virtue website for a 7-10 business days delivery service.

Ordered poly gel nail kit April 13th. It's June 15th. NEVER RECEIVED! FAKE TRACKING #. They stop responding to my emails

Ordered the nail kit not only did I wait over 2 months to receive. I got 1 15ml gel and not the kit so I paid $50 and did not receive what I ordered and now they expect me to send it back at my own cost for a 30% refund then pay the full amount again for the kit... worst customer service I've seen absolutely pathetic.

I ordered a gel nail kit in late March 2020, here it is June 30,2020 and I still have not received my item. They offered (and gave) me 15% refund ($3.76) and a discount to be used on their site even though I CLEARLY STATED THAT I DID NOT WANT THE REFUND OR DISCOUNT IF IT HAD TO BE USED ON THEIR SITE. I have been trying to get the balance of the cost refunded but have not received that or the item I purchased. I will advise everyone to avoid this site. Wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order.
