I was genuinely surprised by how artistically this canvas was done. I certainly recommend it to anyone who appreciates luxury art at an affordable price.
First, the positives: cheap, fast shipping, automated communication. Now, the negatives: ordered my prints and they neglected to quality control them. If they would have looked at them, they would have seen that they were out of red ink because there was NO red on my prints when that was a VERY significant color on the prints i ordered. I called, no answer. I emailed, no response. Emailed again, I get a GO TO THE SITE AND LOOK AT THE RETURN POLICY. Then, I have to pay over $20 to send them back. When I asked for a FedEx pre-paid label, since this was ROYALCANVAS fault, not mine, NO RESPONSE. Imagine that. I sent them a copy of the tracking number so they couldn't say they didn't get them. Their response, "Thanks. When they arrive we'll see what you want to do." I already told them what I wanted, and yet it didn't register with them. I will NEVER do business with them again, nor will I recommend them.

When I received my canvas from Royal Canvas, I was surprised by how professional and high quality it was. I was expecting your average run of the mill canvas, but what I got was much greater. Try it for yourself and you will see what I mean.
This was one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Rick, who is one of the owners takes a very personal role in the handling of his business and that is a welcomed touch in an age where after 30 pressed buttons of clicks, we finally get a person. The product was topnotch, the communication excellent and delivery unsurpassed. An excellent company to do business with and I highly recommend them! Thank you for a wonderful experience
