Is this a real company? I ordered a humidor and had not recieved it after a month. I phoned the company, they said they would ship it that day. A month later I still had not received the humidor, so I called and cancelled the order. Now I am waiting on a refund that I still haven't revieved after another month! Order your humidor somewhere else

Do Not give them any money. Complete rip off!

I placed my order and my cigars arrived fast and in great shape. My Davidoff were in great condition. I love buying from Emerson.

Took my money for items they don't even have in stock and won't respond to any emails or messages-very fradulent company. Paid through Paypal so I had to open up a claim... still waiting for my $114.00! (These people operate out of China) and I do believe it is a complete scam since no one will respond to my complaints and their "live chat" is a joke-no one ever there!

I followed all instructions and sent $140.00 to become a member and place an order to this discount cigarette outlet. After recieving my money I haven't heard a word from the representative known as Captain Jack. They will tell you anything to bide their time till they get your money then they disappear. If it sounds shady to send your money to a clearing house in Nebraska to be then tunneled to a place in Panama to avoid Taxes being reported to the government for tobacco purchases... IT IS! Another red flag is that the ONLY correspondence is via internet. No trace other than a PO BOX in Nebraska. Steer clear of this one!

I ordered a couple of cartons of cigarettes so that my adult daughter would not have to smoke added carcinogens and carpet glue that you can only get in cigarettes made in the good ol USA. Karl was very helpful when it came to walking me through the bit coin process, but of course he is not so quick to respond once you make the payment. He finally did contact me a few weeks ago and told me that the cigarettes were returned and that he would re-ship when he can. I order medication from overseas all the time, never had a problem. I actually ordered a test pack from Ciggyworld and it arrived within a couple of weeks and I later ordered 2 cartons, they came last week; in fact, I just place my 3rd order using the $5 credit they gave me after I thanked them in an email. Still nothing from Karl.
