My spouse and I worked with Amy Kazi (Realtor for Royal LePage) when we were looking to purchase a home in the North Bay area. She came highly recommended by one of our friends. Amy was personable, courteous, professional and always made herself available to show us houses and answer our questions via phone call or text. When we found a home we wanted, Amy worked quickly to help us secure it, negotiated on our behalf and helped us purchase it under the asking price. We really enjoyed working with Amy and would highly recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling a house! Thank you, Amy!
Our family considered hiring realtor Bob Maskell of Royal Lepage Arteam Realty to sell our property, but were not impressed and hired someone else. At our initial group phone call with several family members on the line, we discussed the appraisal process with Bob. Bob went on to recite some government rating numbers and what they meant. One of our family members asked Bob to repeat what he just said, as she was going to write down the numbers for understanding. Immediately, Bob scolded her, raising his voice, saying, "The appraisal hasn't even been done yet!" OF COURSE the appraisal hadn't been done yet – this was our initial phone call to Bob discussing an appraisal that would be done in the coming weeks. This was a completely stupid, condescending remark to make to a client at any time, let alone at the initial call with several witnesses. While Bob likely thought this made him sound intelligent, it had the opposite effect of showing everyone what a condescending jerk he was to a woman who asked him a reasonable question. In decades past, old farmers might have gotten away with laughing off this patronizing behaviour towards women who weren't on title, but that wasn't the case today, and nobody was impressed. Our family hired someone else. If you are a woman looking to sell or buy real estate, watch out for this guy. If he can barely conceal his disdain in even the first phone call, how professional will he act throughout the rest of the business dealings?
Agent Tim Roy has been trying to pass off my parents waterfront as part of a property he's selling. This has led to numerous complaints with the Real Estate Board.
Tim called my 76 year old father an "interfering old bastard" for having the temerity to not get scammed or let others get scammed.
Royal Lepage refuses to do anything about his behavior leading me to conclude they hold their agents to a lower standard than a fast food restaurant. Bloody embarrassing.

Worst real state service that I had deal with. The owner is the rudest person that I have met. The agent was not trustable at all and only consider her benefit. Worst service. The agent will promise you something before deal verbally and after the deal says the owner says do you have any written note!
I THINK THIS IS A REALLY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND OVERALL THEY ARE A GOOD SALES TEAM i DO HOWEVER HATE THEIR WEBSITE. THEY GIVE ALOT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLINE WITH NO ACCESS REQUIREMENTS. YOU CAN'T ONLINE SHOP A HOUSE, PEOPLE'S INFORMATION IS PRIVATE AND IF THEY WANT TO SELL A HOUSE THEY NEED TO RESPECT PEOPLE'S PRIVACY. USE THE INTERNET SAFELY, DON'T OVER ADVERTISE, ONLY ADVERTISE TO PEOPLE WHO MIGHT ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO FOLLOW RULES AND BUY A HOUSE. WEB IS INTERNATIONAL. TX
Use paper handouts to appropriate buyers or an app with a password. Things can get stolen.
