Royal Oak Tree Services was the only company who contacted me out of the 3 businesses I had asked to come and give me an estimate for the work I need done. Jake arrived slightly earlier than the appointed time but I like this as it shows commitment to the customer. He was polite, friendly and professional. He was able to give me a verbal quote on the spot after he had looked at my tree and we had discussed tree diseases for a few minutes. I thought his quote for the removal of my tree was very reasonable. He promised that the quote would be followed up by an email containing the official one later the same afternoon. I received it and have emailed them back my acceptance of their offer to do the work. We have yet to agree a date but I would expect a phone call from them on Monday (it's Saturday, and Jake was here yesterday)
